Awesome place with all kind of facilities

Good place but no place to park and clean city

Not yet developed fully and poor infrastructure. Facility used by 2 companies only and located outside the city. Will be gaining more in the coming years.

Cost of IT rentals are too high. Hyderabad is cruising and Pune is loosing. Our politicians lac the vision for IT development. This IT park is turning out to be big flop.

Very good place to reside you feel difference in Air over year , well maintained neighborhood

So many work-related injuries and illnesses occur because a worker is tired, burned out and not alert to their surroundings. Taking regular breaks helps you stay fresh on the job. One trick to staying alert is to schedule the most difficult tasks when your concentration is best, like first thing in the morning.

Worst place for any IT company to come here as they dont even have free parking available for its existing occupied employees with just 2 floors occupied of the building. Bloody money minded people. All employees here have to pay for Parking. Havent seen such IT park in my entire life which charges their employees.

Here people arent supposed to help anybody to find their way to the destination and the hospitality at this place is a total bizarre.

Still under-construction but plan looks good. They may have to improve parking facility when IT park grows.

Good place for residents with all amenities parking ,garden, good security, lifts stairs cases

The vicinity is good but the only issue is parking.. Huge place with limited or no parking makes it hard for visitors.

It really wonderful not only Symphony it park but also hole nanded city , when you inter in nanded gate you could feel you are posh area.why Im telling this ?1 there is very systematic construction2 there is eco Friendly environment and systematic tree & plant , which is looking great.3 wonderful security in society. etcor many things that create impression and attract people. and if you campate to it in its outer area there is huge difference.however there is in transportion issue in this 3- 4 km nanded city.
