Cooperative staff and good hygiene. Spread was less due to covid situation. Good place to visit..

Lovely stay for corporate people. The pool was not functional due to covid reasons, thats fine. Staff is very courteous and amazing hospitality. Close to hinjewadi IT park. Although a bit far from the actual Pune vibe

Visited last week with our new puppy and found this place absolutely amazing ! Great welcoming staff; excellent hospitality; easy room upgrades; quick check in and out; restaurant staff made special provisions for pet food and front desk staff and housekeeping was courteous and took care of all our requirements during the stay. We want to keep visiting this property again and again!

Very disappointing stay I had. Very impolite staffs at the reception. They don’t clean the rooms even in COVID times. Curtain blinds falls off at night, never to be fixed again. They never made the bed for my son, in spite of repeated request. Only good thing is the food and beverage management. Good food and courteous restaurant staffs. I will not come to this hotel ever again.

I have been staying in this property regularly for the past few years. I love the ambience and the calmness here. The staff is very courteous and makes sure people are comfortable. The breakfast menu is great, excellent wifi, room service, cleanliness, large room size etc. I will always choose to stay at this property in the future too.

Staff and hotel quality is good but recently when I stayed there observed that Cocos norms were not being followed. A marriage was arranged there and most of the people were roaming without masks and gathered around us. Put official complain and hotel staff arranged meal in our room. But they could have been more strict with people who were not following norms. This was risk to staff as well as customers.

Safe place , close to the office and great spread of menu during the lunch for our meetings and trainings. Had 3 sessions in there over the last 2 months. Friendly staff and great service and support and is very close to our office and home at Pune.

The hotel was really on the good location, easily accessible. Hospitality was great, staff were welcoming, ambience was nice. The room was indeed great just like the cherry on the cake. Idea for business meetings. I loved the idea of putting a small sofa inside the room for corporate meetings including a study table as well. The breakfast buffet was something I am not very pleased with. I didn’t fine variety there, taste wise I don’t like it at all, Also they don’t have 24*7 in room dining. So make sure you plan accordingly your day course meal.

Located in the center of Hinjewadi IT park. It has spacious rooms with bathtub, study table, buffet breakfast and access to gym.The breakfast spread is huge and delicious.

We came here for our office meet. The staff was extra supportive. Ill like to thank the management of Hyaat for such an amazing service. The rooms were well cleaned and all the necessary precautions following the Covid -19 were taken.

Had an extremely comfortable stay at the hotel considering the current times. The staff is extremely cooperative and courteous. Food from their Restaurants Italian affair and the 24/7 Cafe is great too & would definitely recommend the Quattro Formaggi pizza.

The experience was ok. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and the staff was courteous. but there was some confusion with our booking to start with out of the two rooms one got booked at the viman Nagar Hyatt and one at Hinjewadi when the offer under which both of them were booked were valid at Hinjewadi only. The pool was closed even if the government had changed its guidelines. One room had all the toiletries the other didnt. The food was decent.

Visited here for a family function, stayed here for 2 days. The hotel is located in Hinjewadi and surrounded by IT offices. The room was nice with 2 single beds, a sofa and a work desk. The wash room was spacious. The hotel staff is nice and polite. They have a big dining area, the breakfast was excellent, with many varieties of dishes. A good hotel to stay if your nearby Hinjewadi area.

Breakfast was amazing! Hotel did a great gesture to decorate our room since it was our Anniversary. Food was also good! Room service, cleanliness, staff promptness and overall experience was amazing. We had a great stay. Special mention - Thank You Chirag & Priyanka for making our day Special.

Great Place to relax. The staff there is also very humble, polite and very helpful. Mr Hemant on very short notice arranged a cake for my wife’s Birthday; apart from that in restaurant Head Chef Ms Priyanka was taking care of every in house guest. I was bored with buffet menu in view of same I requested Ms Priyanka to make something different out of the menu upon which she promptly agreed and made couple of things which were very tasty 😋.Great Going Team Hyatt Place.

From guest relationship managers always checking on us to the humble cafe staff always delivering with a smile :) Great sanitization efforts in place with the team cleaning all common surfaces at all times! Clean and spacious rooms comfortable for online work. Our two nights staycation was a bliss and we believe Hyatt Place played a significant role in providing us with a great experience! Hurray!

Service is good but, food quality & tase is not.

Good place to stay. Staff, including manager, very friendly and willing to travel the extra mile. But basement parking and no valet. Though lower grade than the one at Nagar Road, but price points are similar. Something that needs to be looked into.

This is tidy, friendly hotel that gives good value for money and the location is excellent! I also appreciate that this hotel is linked in supporting youth work and sports, so by staying here I feel like I am supporting these activities in a convenient and practical way, too! Win-win :-)They serve very nice breakfast and the location of the hotel is very good. No complaint from my one night stay with them. I had made use of their paid sauna service before I caught overnight bus to Rovaniemi and that was nice. Thank you for the great services and facilities provided. I am very satisfied.

We booked this venue for Wedding purpose but the service provided is not at all worth it. The hotel is possibly suited only for corporate events and not weddings. I say this because the service expected is not upto the mark.We were there for 3 days but there was absolutely no service provided to us. No room cleaning, no water bottles, no house keeping service for 3 whole days. We had to call the housekeeping multiple times just for a simple request. No towels were changed. The bedsheets were not replenished. Nothing. In top of this, the on duty Operations Manager was very very rude. Using veiled sarcastic comments while speaking to guests, passing personal remarks, speaking in loud and aggressive tone and not at all ready to listen are few of the challenges we faced with the Operations Manager at this property. There have been instance when we were told by the housekeeping team that there is no need for blankets and bedsheets since the room has been sanitized and we can directly sleep on the mattress. We likely had to struggle to get extra blanket and bedsheet for the third person since we had booked triple occupancy rooms. Go to this property only if you want to spoil your event.

Been there on 2nd April 2021 For overnight stay, but didnt like overall experience of my stay :1. Centralised AC didnt work half of the day when checked with one room service guy Jeeshan, he said there is some problem going on in the AC2. Poorly Maintained Pool with leaves all over the water3. Bath tub was very compactly situated and was very small for even person with 5 feet height and with no hot water even after complaining about it4. Ordered mutton Rogan Josh for dinner and mutton pieces(it was raw and very stiff and not cooked propeely)were not at all chewable so left it as it is, but receptionist while.checking out said I will still have to pay for it, so what I didnt have it so paid and left5. Everytime you enter or exit the room, door closes with a loud bang noise which was very annoying(I stayed in room 520 on 5th floor)6. Bath Robe provided was very small and couldnt fit me when I asked for bigger one they said thats the biggest size they have, (I wonder if Im that fat) wife had to face the same issue but not in any other Hotel we have been to so far7. Proper hygiene is maintained for corona8. Last but not least : Staff was nice, friendly and polite and that was the only thing I liked after spending around 10k

The room was just as shown in the pictures, the staff was cordial. Clean room and close to all offices in Hinjewadi. Overall a good experience. The location is good.

We had a wonderful overnight stay at Hyatt. . Our 2 yrs old retriever is travelling with us by road from Chandigarh to Bangalore so we have been to many good pet friendly hotels on the way but I must say Hyatt Pune has been the best in terms of hospitality so far. The staff took great care, was very courteous and helpful which made our hectic journey even more comfortable. A special thanks to Mr. Avinash, who is very polite, helped us with the bookings and assured a comfortable and memorable stay. A big thanks to the most hospitable staff of Hyatt.

It’s begun as a pathetic service experience right from the entry security guard to the in room dining experience. Let’s see what all I add to the review by the time I check out.And here I thought hotels would be ‘hungry’ for business and therefore service better than before.So review after I had checked out. I continue with my 2 stars rating. Quick reasons:1. Drive to the security at the gate at arrival - security guard asks us to take the car to the basement. We featured that we have to take it to the lobby (we had to check in). He kept insisting that we should take it to the basement. Then finally we had to just force our car to the lobby side since we had to unload luggage. And then I gave him a piece of my mind. He apparently himself judged that we arrived tor the 31st December celebrations and hence was asking us to go to the basement.2. Check in - was a breeze. The only reason I gave the second star. Else I would’ve given oneTHE BIGGER TRAGEDY STARTS NOW3. In room dining - they invariably don’t answer the phone. Tried multiple times. Then finally called the front desk. They said ‘Don’t worry. We will take the order for you and pass it to the team’.We were overjoyed. We were famished after finishing a full day in office and rushing to Pune as a transit stop to begin our onward vacation trip.4. They apparently have a call back system at in room dining since they get to know a missed call from the room.After 20 minutes of having placed our order with the reception (who promised to pass it to on to the in room team) when we got the call back from the in room dining team, they were like we don’t have any order 🤯5. We told them that it was placed. But they were insistent we repeat the order. I refused to and asked them to take it from the reception.6. They call in 5 mins ans state they have the complete order and have started on it.SURPRISE SURPRISE!!! - they call me 10 mins later stating we don’t have mushrooms to serve (by now it’s nearly an hour since we first tried connecting with them multiple times and all of the above). We asked what we else was available and they suggested Veg Crispy (not something else we love but we were ok since we were beyond hungry)7. Food arrives 30 mins later after the call in point 6, sans the masala papad and the paneer tikka (these 2 items were there on our original order). We call back asking what’s happened and someone else picks up the phone at in room dining to state that it’s not in their order listing for our room 🤷🏼‍♂️8. By now I had lost patience and really gave a piece of my mind. They promise to send the masala papad in 10 mins and the paneer tikka would take some time. We were like ok. We started with what was served of our original order (Dal, rice and the Veg Crispy that was served in place of mushrooms)The Veg Crispy was absolutely undercooked including the potatoes. Some shoddy job done in a hurry to tick mark the order delivery.9. We call back annoyed and ask them to simply take it back. They propose replacing the dish but by now it was close to 1.5 hours plus on this ordeal. Then later the masala papad and paneer tikka arrive and they take back the veg crispyYOU THINK IT ENDED?-NOOOO10. Checkout next day-it’s a mess in the lobby. No one to maintain social distancing or line orderliness. While it’s also a duty of the guests to do so, the hotel should also ensure its job.MOST INTERESTING PART -I’m billed for the returned Veg Crispy. I ask the gentleman for a detailed bill with breakup from the kitchen. And it’s got Veg CrispyNow some usual traveller would ask that when we were served food the previous day we would’ve signed the food billing and therefore it might have appeared there. So why were we cribbing during the final billing.😂-we were never given the food bill the previous day despite couple of requests. We were promised but it never reached us.So all in all from the entry to the exit the experience was nothing short of HORRIBLE!!Wrote to the GM over LinkedIn requesting for his mail ID. Am awaiting a response yet.

My second ever Hyatt Hotel stay and I chose this select service brand to get a taste of the implications and how it differs, this time choosing my family to travel with me.The location is well chosen, an IT Park for the all the techies who would he frequenting it for parties and important conferences. It is an extended stay location, meaning it is suited for families and business execs anyways.The room setup is minimalistic yet elegant and distinctive. The rooms, the Coffee to Cocktails bar, the Gallery Café and the Lobby in itself are a fair depiction of what the Hyatt brand entails. The beds are spacious, cozy and the room setups feel more familial.The hotel staff are friendly in general, even though delivery of service can often take long and repeated reminders. The swimming pool is setup around an open air environment, making the chilly water an arduous chore to naviagte in. The hallways are bright and well themed, suiting the vibe of Pune City in itself.

Hyatt is a very nice place.. If one wants to plan a bday party or any family function.Their staff is extremely courteous and Co operative..We had my brother engagement and my daughters bday. Both the functions were very well managed by them.The food was excellent.. Their starters, salads are a must to have... Wenever u visit this place.I just love their Phirni. Trust me.. You will want to have more and more..All in all... Perfect place for dine-in and hosting parties.
