Zero customer care. Not bothered to entertain customer. Rude behaviour

The staff there is least helpful. There customer care is also useless. I have already paid a lumpsum amount to revive my policy, not only did they take my money but my policy is still not revived. Whenever I call their call center they say they will forward my request to their seniors. But whenever I get a call from them it is to ask me to pay the premium for the months I have already paid. They even promised to refund the money but now its more than 6 months and the issue is still not resolved. They are truly unprofessional and fraud even though they are a big brand.
