A lovely hotel tucked away in a quiet nook in KP and walking distance from some good places to eat and chill. Had taken a deluxe suite with a private balcony and the room was very spacious and clean and exactly as given in the photos. They even had the towel swans arranged on the bed which was nice. The staff are good and amiable people. Enjoyed my stay there thoroughly.

Nice & peaceful location, spacious and clean rooms with positive vibes. Also, restaurent is clean with peaceful ambience; breakfast are hot served has good choice of buffet with major styles which gives comfort to everyone to choose as per choice. Menu card is little short but whatever is on the list are tasty hygieneic food & a good serving quantity.Being a regular visitor i had good connect with Nitesh at reception and Ramesh in restaurent. However, all staffs that is reception, restaurent, housekeeping, basically all services team are very helpful in nature, good people and always ready to serve you the best possible.

Pls DONT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!!!Nightmare stay for me and my other three rooms family members.Since covid 19 situation this property has not started its functioning 100%.Zero Staff, total cost cutting, no dining, properties main Glow sign board from the entrance also turned off, not a single light is turned on at the reception or in the parking area.Images clicked are in flash mode of my phone. Pillow covers, bed linen all dirty and were reused. Insects as well. The receptionist only got the chk in procedure, room allotment, limited room service like only having extra payable water bottles, no breakfast, no tea coffee or milk for kids. In short just a chk in in a haunted place with only room facility for going off to bed. Totally disappointed.Rooms, reception area, lobby all are stinking badly with drainage outlets giving it a back push as the occupancy was also zero. None of the staffs wearing masks.Felt like cancelling the room while chk in, but was non refundable and also we were tired coming from long distance thru road travel. A big request to all concerns, do not enter this property.

I am eating it average for a 3 star hotel. It is a good hotel with comfortable stay. The area is surrounded by clubs and bars. The weekends will be noisy from the bars and from a party venue behind the hotel. The service is polite and respectful for the most part. Sometimes carelessness was observed in customer service but nothing serious. The bigger discomfort is the stench on the road leading to the hotel. The stench from the roadside sewer lingers even outside the hotel. Inside the rooms it is very comfortable.

I would love to stay here. best for business and family stays.Room hygene is perfect. Breakfast is lavish so dont miss it.you can get Iron & board on request.For food it is realy really amazing. you can choose from budget menu for lunch and dinner.Service and staff will make you feel pampered.Its my first choice for Pune in the range of real 3 star hotels.

Worst service.... in front desk....very rude behavior by him...we told him for early check inn in the morning 6 he told us to pay room room charge....we told them sir kindly take half of the amount bcoz we are m checking inn in the morning not in the night....we told him that all hotels do charge for half of the amount of room charge then he told that apko vahi hotel book karna tha na humare Kyu kiya book & in the morning @ 6 am ... after 12 hours journey we where so tired & this hotel provides such service....never ever book this hotel as they dont need any business front desk people only tells to book another hotel...

Hotel amenities and ambience is lovely. Even food quality was great. Only thing is its bit away from main city and and the traffic is terrible while going to this hotel especially in peak hours. Else u will enjoy the place.

AMAZING would be an understatement. The ambience of the hotel is Serene and peaceful. Staff is courteous, well behaved and polite. The rooms are clean. The food is great and value for money. One need not wander out in search of food outside the hotel. The entire experience was just totally worth it.

Clean and well maintained. Staff was good and helpful.Has many happening joints in the vicinity, though itself located at the end of a lonely and quiet lane off the road. Was lucky to get the corner room with a lovely leafy balcony attached.Only small issue is switching on the geyser sometime before you need to shower - if you dont remember in time, your shower time may get delayed. Overall a nice quiet place to stay.

I stayed in 207. firstly I was given room which was way smaller than i booked, reason they were fully booked. then they gave me one with two twin beds which had a huge gap n we had to make it work. the room was not clean and full of mosquitoes. had to ask fr repellents and even toilet paper n tissues as nothing was placed. unclean kettle and cups made my experience more pathetic. this was my second visit, my first stay had been good hence I booked again but, this time it was so bad that I had to write the review. when u pay extra fr upgrade still u get a horrible service it just makes everything worst.

Rude and arrogant behavior of staff.Booked the hotel for two days via yatra. At the time of booking had called up yatra to check if I can get an extension of the check out as the check out was scheduled at 6 PM. As per the information provided by yatra they told that the same can be facilitated. I checked in to the hotel at 10.25 pm ( 10 hrs 25 minutes after scheduled check in time) on day one and at the end of day two my wife checked out of our room at 12 pm and moved into my colleagues room who had a booking of 3 days.The hotel staff hararased them and demanded half day tariff for staying in the room in day time for 6 hrs. Inspite of repeated requests the lady at the reception insisted to pay the money in a rude and arrogant manner after which my family was forced to move out of the room because of the intolerable behavior.Note : The staff and management are just after money and is rude and arrogant. If you want to stay with your family do not ever go for this hotel. The information provided the hotel reply is wrong. My wife had checked out at 11.45pm. Claim is made to cover up their face

It was a good experience with Phoenix. The rooms were so cleanly maintained and fresh. They have provided all the basic things that you need to stay also the ambience was just awesome and Washroom was clean. Also the balcony view outside the room was so besutiful with seating area seen.

The hotel is not too far from Airport and station. Nice and quite place to be in. Good for business travelers at for Holiday. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is basic but good quality.Overall experience is good.

Guys please dont ever choose this hotel, you wont believe they dont have electricity back up. Electricity went off around 2am in the morning and there was no electricity for the whole night. I called up the service desk who answered after 5 mins and said cant guarantee by when electricity will be back. No food was available.

Bad experience

I stayed for just a day and the it is was indeed a nice experience. The check in was fast and easy. The room and the bath room was clean. The room had nice balcony with a view. The welcome drink was basically SPRITE .Basic toiletries were provided. The bed linen was clean and good. I dis not not use the WIFI and hence cannot comment upon the same. The room service was fast efficient. The complementary breakfast consisted of Juices( Of REAL or TROPICANA make), Milk shake, Idli, Sambhar, Chutney, Momos, Dosai, Poori , Bhaji, Eggs and different kinds of Toast. Though the spread is wide, yet I feel the quality could be improved still further. The Pooris and Dosai could have been made better. The restaurant attached has a wide variety as well, but a tad too expensive. But then there are no good hotel available nearby. Overall ...A Hotel that could be recommended for staying!

Apart from the excellent room service, quality rooms and tasty food what stands out about Phoenix is its location and pleasant environment. Just 400meters from the main road and you fell as if you are at an hill station. Sitting in the balcony you will be amazed how peaceful and beautiful view you get from here. One can spot many birds in the trees near by and the sitting area outside is also very surreal, one could even meditate here. Best part is its a walk away from all the party places around.

The room was very clean and comfortable.The staff there is cordial. The breakfast spread is satisfactory. I would say its a good deal in the prime and posh location its located in with lot of haopening places around

The room and bathroom are spacious, the front desk staff was kind and helpful, but there were a couple of things I did not like:1) there is no lift, and it is 3 floor building!2) the TV is small and far from the bed3) every time I got out of the room, even for having breakfast, the key has to be loaded again, otherwise the door does not open. Once I had just closed the door and realised my mobile was inside the room. The door didnt open even after seconds of being closed. I had to go all the way to the reception, reload the key, cone back and open the door. Really annoying and time waste.4) the hotel is not in the main road. So when coming back at night by walk, after going to the nearby mall, the road was completely dark and empty. Creepy and unsafe.

Superb place to stay in Koregaon Park (Near Westin) The Ambience is superb, lush green surroundings, open dining area if u want to sip a cup of tea or grab a bite. No Traffic noise as its Off the main road. Morning breakfast is good. Rooms r neat, spacious n have huge balconies (not all rooms have balcony though)

Very nice place to stay in Koregaon Park pune. I booked it calling the hotel cash less booking. Helping and caring staff. Very nice treatment at the breakfast in restaurant everyday something new to have. A wide range to choose from. Quick to serve made to order food. Menu is very small to choose the lunch and dinner they will work on it. Great stay big rooms and spacious bathrooms. A card operated room locks working fine and vault for your valuables. A little slow while the hotel is full. Foreigners most preferred hotel in the area. They offered free wifi with good speed. Peaceful environment and cozy beds. They dont have a bar neither do they offer in house liquor but u can always preserve your stock in small refrigerator in room. Surrounded with areas best cafe pubs mall etc. Dont forget to eat at a nearby restaurant shahnoors restaurant non veg.

A great hotel right in the heart of the action in KG Park. About half an hours drive from the airport.Use an online portal to get the best deal. Rooms are very well equipped, staff are friendly and attentive. Breakfast is included.Restaurants/Bars near by - The Beer Cafe, Hard Rock Cafe, Irish Village Brewpub, Independence Brewing Co and Effingut.

Liked the place enough to return here for a recond time. Good value proposition and decently equipped rooms. I feel that management could do better with restocking supplies such as slippers and dental shaving kits, as Ive experienced lack of one or the other on my visits.

Bad Customer Relationship Management: Even after being a regular customer, when I asked for 2-3 hours extension on stay, they asked for 50% of room tariff. THIS IS TOTALLY INSANE.I have changed my review with this experience.They don’t care about their repeat customers.My earlier good review about the hotel is nullified now as I won’t suggest this hotel due to their adamant behaviour.

Its a nice place for the stay . only prob is mosquito which the management should look into. The ac are a lil old so room cooling aint that great. overall decent stay bcoz of well cooperative staff.

Went there for breakfast. Ambience and location is great. Food variety is good, but most of the dishes were average. Especially juice was jus flavoured water, wada was as hard as stone.. They can improve on food quality..

Lesser known fact about this hotel is that its a amazing place for bird watching from your room (if it has a attached balcony option available). The surrounding greenery, isolation from traffic and unique trees make it a ideal spot for many birds to nest. I saw at least 7-8 varieties of small birds (minus crows and pegions)

Visited Pune few weeks ago & I had booked this Place just after reading the reviews on GoIbibo and to my Surprise I wasnt disappointed at all.. The Hotel is Located at a 5 min walk from PVR Koregaon Park, the Famous Hard Rock Cafe too is in the VicinityClean Coridors, Spacious Room, Clean & Tidy Bedding, Clean Washrooms with Basic Toiletries, The Only thing that disappointed me was the Dirty Flooring.. Looked like it wasnt mopped for days..!!I Missed out on their Complementary Breakfast as I am a Late Riser.. Tried Few dishes on the Menu from their Inhouse Kitchen, Food wasnt Great But not Bad too, Quantity - Filling, a Bit OverPriced though..Staff was Polite, Courteous & HelpfulI was Happy with the Overall Stay since its Located in the Plush Koregaon Park & i got a Great Deal for Booking it through GoIbiboI would definitely consider staying here on my Future Visits.. 😊

Dsnt allow visitors to the room (accepted because rooms are on double occupancy).. staff is very rude nd unprofessional in all ways.. i had to wait for 2 hours to get the room which was already booked on my name and was also vacant at that point of time but still I had to wait....u can find many other options... Better than this one.
