Very very desperate staff! They just don’t let you go through the stuff. Even when you tell them that you would call them if you need any help still they would do man to man marking. No amount of polite statements make them understand that it’s pandemic time and it doesn’t hurt to keep little distance.! Super desperate and clingy staff!

The map will lead you to Phoenix mall. Its on the group floor,near to main entrance.Leave your mom/sister/wife/gf there and theyll make sure that shell be in for minimum 20-25 min😂.Not sure about the product quality but youll always have someone to assist you.

Me and my friend visited the store on saturday following the black friday. It was a huge disappointment, the black friday sale had ended on Friday itself, no sale on anything whatsoever, didnt make any sense. Working people do not go shopping on a weekday Sephora 🙄

The costumer service in this store is awful. The staff is rude and unprofessional. They argued between each other while I wanted to shop there. The customer service rep won’t even let me touch the tester product. He said to hold my hand for him and he will add a drop of the tester on my hand and then I can check. If I am going to be paying an huge amount for the products that I buy from Sephora I want to be able to touch the tester and get a feel for them myself. They were rude unprofessional and simply awful. My experience at the Sephora store in Phoenix was not something I would ever want to repeat. I wanted to do a ton of make up shopping in Sephora for my wedding but looks like I will buying from some place else. If I could give less than one star I would.

I bought sepora foundation shade almond from this store. She applied on my hand that time it was looking fine on my hand skin. but shade which i received i tried at home on my face but didnt match my skin colour. Its too dark and leaves orange patches on my skin. Worst service by sales girl who attended me and pirated brand. And also these foundations are of 2017 manufactured. They doesnt have fresh one. Very upset. Waste of money.

Glad Sephora is in Pune now, I had better experience this time than the last time. They have amazing brands, make up artist cum assistants were very nice and polite, not forcing me to buy anything but happy to show the products. Bought some Bobby Brown and benefits products and super happy with that. Estée Lauder had very good offers. Highly recommend this place for luxe purchases

Decent professional and wide variety of products. The brand has its own very good regime products you can never go wrong on. The products does work amazing. Yes a big pricey but results are worth it. They have wide range of products for every concern. They also have different brands where in you can find your right choice. The professional working are also very good. They help you every step. They dont recommend you unnecessary things. They make you understand the purpise of every product. Overall very good experience

The staff was not good at allThe lady from the staff was so rude...she didnt let me take a look inside...she said you are not allowed here if you just want to look around in the store...I told her that Ill buy something but she started giving reason something about the tester...Id rather buy makeup from some other store...VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED!

Fake branch of Sephora. On sunday I purchased Nail paint, they said it is long lasting. But it removes in one day like cheaper brand. They purchased foundation too, its also causes itching on my face.please dnt go here. Mac and baby brown are best brands rather than this

I have been to sephora in different countries and their service and product quality has been excellent but the Pune Sephora branch lacks in both. My friend brought an eyeliner of Sephora as I was using one (brought from Singapore Sephora)and the quality was really good. She used her eyeliner 3 times and suffered severe eye infection. Later on, she gave me the product as she thought maybe it wasn’t meant for her. I didn’t realise that even I suffered eye infection from the new product. Would recommend people to buy the products from this store cautiously.

They are cheater. They said they r giving discount but they took final amount including 4200 rs more than expected..they deducted equal amount as GST by telling us that it is discount and included same amount as GST without telling us in the final bill ..I recommend to buy this stuff on the official website ..Worst Staff very bad experience

Pathetic and unprofessional staff - Nilofer. Nilofer who sold me the wrong product instead of apologising she kept arguing over the phone and was not even ready to listen to what I was saying as she kept the phone aside while I was talking to her, this I realised when I kept on saying hello for quite some time and then she came back on the phone after confronting her she said she was listening to me so I asked her to repeat what was I saying and she didnt have an answer. Plus she said she is a tenured staff n still doesnt know how to handle clients forget handling doesnt even know how to talk to clients. Nilofer twice disconnected the phone. Customer service sucks big time. To add she also tried selling me an eye shadow for a higher price - just a day before I had gone to check an eye shadow n Nilofer only assisted me, the eyeshadow was for ₹970 which Nilofer also mentioned to me and even I saw the MRP on the product, the next day when I went to purchase the eyeshadow she gave me the same product for ₹1270 after telling her tht it was for ₹970 yesterday and she herself had given me the price she said actually tht is the old price but dont worry we have tht stock, Ill giv it to u and then I also wanted to buy the nyx eyeshadow base but she gave me the wrong product and after coming home I was checking the product it was wrong so I called Sephora and spoke to and the above happen. Sephora is a good brand but staff like Nilofer will definitely make the brand/ company go down the drain. Super annoying experience.
