Visited Westend Mall, Aundh branch yesterday. Worst Pizza experience ever. I ordered pan veggie pizza. I was shocked to see 4 capsicum pieces, 4 onion pieces and a little corn on it. It felt as if I was just having bread with some sauce on it. You should be reported to police or food inspection officers and be closed down.

They serve good pizzas. Cost is a bit on higher side but they provide crazy offers. For dine you pay full amount. They offer 50 per cent off on takeaways.... Crazy, isnt it? So much difference in the cost. Took the order and ate in the car... 50 percent off just for that

Just wanted to order a bottle of water, there was a queue so waited, after about 5 mins when it was my turn a guy comes and orders a bottle of water and he is served the bottle before me and when I confronted the cashier he says they had a previous bill pending, why do you have a queue if you do not want to follow it. As per the cashier he is also the restaurant manager. If this is the attitude of staff pizza hut is not anywhere but down the drain.

This place serves some excellent and limited food options. Though seating is not comfortable, I really liked the food they served. Staff is amicable. I wish they could have sold ice cream instead of desserts.

This outlet uses stale ingredients. On complaining they immediately replaced the garlic bread prepared using stale olive oil. And on confronting, apologised. But from the looks of it.. they were knowingly using stale oil.

Good always but now a but monotonous in taste, they keep offering you the best from the world and always try to give it a desi taste. Paneer pizzas are the best, service is good too.Hope they make something healthier someday. Good place for kids, they thoroughly ended it.

Unfriendly staff, their server does not work, and they dont help you understand what went wrong, and cancel the order!! Disappointed!
