I have order biryani and kabab from ZOMATO.Both the foods are very cold and looks like unfresh ,specially kabab is 2 to 3 days old ..bad smell coming...how behrooz are did ...This may injurance to Health...small children are home ...if any thing happen who will responsible.Dear all Treat this imp and dont order from BEHROUZ ..I have thrown this food at dustbin 🗑

The standard has gone down considerably. The texture and taste is way below par. Better biryanis available at local restaurants which are way cheaper. Ordered on Saturday and after eating a part of this tasteless biryani started feeling uneasy and it continued for next day. After every order the quality decreases further. I have vowed never to order from here. Pathetic.

Behrouz as a brand was much hyped since its inception and being an ardent lover of Biryani, I was drawn towards it many a times. I clearly wanted to know whether it would meet my expectations! The only thing that always held me back was the exorbitant price and some of the feedback that raised concerns about the quantity. But after having their Lazeez Murgh Bhuna Biryani, I would say that it was just an average affair unfortunately. Its one of those instances wherein the quality gets masked by the clever marketing and the one of its kind packaging(which now started getting replicated by other food chains). And as aforementioned, the unconscionable price doesnt help things either. The regular biryani is strictly for one and it comes along with a gulab jamun and salan or mint raitha as per choice. Talking of the latter, didnt get the raitha as per my selection and instead received salan. Minute human errors aside, for the price paid and the quality of food thats received, this is simply an average affair. Even though theyve other varieties of biryanis, theres nothing that would entice me towards this outlet again.

Local biryani is much better.

Being a regular customer of Behrouz, I recently found their quality going down from the outlet I ordered, the one in Hadapsar. The same biryani used to taste different everytime. I did not mind it much till the below two instances happened consecutively within a week :This particular kitchen of Behrouz at Hadapsar does its best to damage the brand. I ordered their Veg Biryani via Swigggy twice within a couple of weeks. In the first instance they delivered Paneer biryani instead. In the second instance, along with the Biryani combo which also included one box of raita and gulab jamun, I had also customized the order to additionally include extra mint raita and mughalai gravy. I called up the Behrouz customer care and asked them to ensure that the order is delivered properly unlike last instance. Despite that, I did not get the extra mint raita I had paid for separately, and the box of gulab jamun that comes along with the biryani as a combo pack was also not delivered. I called up the Behrouz customer care again and the customer service personnel added me to a conference call with this particular kitchen. The guy there arrogantly replied and irrationally argued that because I had customized the menu, I will not get what was present in the original combo - which is a box of raita and gulab jamun. My irritation knew no bounds on hearing this - why will I pay for an extra mint raita when it is already available for free in the original combo!! The guy in the kitchen neither had the courtesy to accept his mistake nor apologize.Behrouz ensured that I got the rest of my order delivered properly, they handled it well. Appreciate their patience and commitment to customer service for that. But unless the central team of Behrouz takes proper disciplinary action against the guy in the given kitchen, their brand value is at stake.I would strongly suggest everyone in this area of Pune to not order from this kitchen to ensure that Behrouz central team takes the right action.

Cant really describe unless you have tasted the biryani! Just fabulous!

I always enjoy eating biryani from behrouz .. special spices make the experience good everytime .. has many options from veg to chicken and mutton biryani .. sweets has limited options but are good .. so if it is biryani time it must be Beharouz biryani time .. also packing is good if you order the same from online food apps like sweegy and mint raita is good .. you can chose from many varieties like salan or raita or both ..
