Great and tasty food. Waiters need to learn - not to come tooo often and not to interrupt customers. It was very much annoying. However the food was delicious and with wide range. Liked the ambiance!

Must try.Kothimbir Vadi is what not to miss as it was fresh and homemade.From the range of kebabs, Chapli Kebab, Rojalai Kebab and Kasturi Kebab must be in checklist as all are amazing. Good food and fast service as per any standard bar in the area. NIPR is located in a very prime spot with ample parking and good connectivity. Seating is spacious and comfortable with proper social distancing measures in place. Bar menu could be expanded but is ample enough for the average person. Moderately priced and the staff is friendly and well trained. Cheers and do keep it up

NIPR - New International Permit Room, and boy, have they taken it seriously to make it feel like a permit room! The old 70s songs, the table covers, the deliberate spelling mistakes on the menu, the dim red lights in the washroom, it all goes well with the theme.The menu is painfully indian but the food is great, the service is pretty good and so is the ambience. Overall, it is a must try place.

Nipr is a brilliant modern bar with a super retro theme. Its split into 2 parts. As you enter it looks like a modern pub. Once you go inside to the open air area, its modelled beautifully, with graffiti, tables and sofas, and 60-70s bollywood music playing.Great service, good food, and very reasonably priced alcohol. Perfect place to chill with friends!

NIPR - New International Permit Room & Bar at Kothrud is just ahead of City Pride Kothrud Theatre.Usually booking is required for this restaurant as mostly it is full. Crowded on weekends.Due to Covid-19 and the curfew restrictions- restaurant is open only till 11pm and final orders are accepted till 10pm only.Nice and cozy place. Interiors pretty good. Inside tables have a dhaba type feel.You need to scan their barcode for checking all the menu.Service provided was fast, food quality was also nice.Don’t try their chicken malai kebab, it was very flavourful and sweet too.You can try their paneer chilly which was really good. If you want to visit a typical bar which is clean, maintained, has polite staff and plays songs from the 80-90s then this is the place.We have been here couple of times. We had few drinks and ordered snacks/appetizers (chakna). It was good. Have never ordered main course till now.

Despite being near to 2 good restaurants it still has something unique to offer.The restaurant has 3 seating areas outside inside and first floor. Bollywood music from different eras keep playing in the background.We decided to sit in outside seating area and was told to take seat near the door despite other tables were available and said they were booked. Getting menu and order took long time as well.It has a typical feel of watering hole and prices are reasonable compared to competition nearby.Ordered following food -1) chicken zhilmil ₹300 - chicken in tangy masala2) chicken Tandoori half ₹325 - menu didnt have option of full Tandoori.3) chilli chicken ₹300 - spicy chicken with capcicum and oriental sauce.4) Butter chicken half ₹395 - bit on the sweeter side.Again unbelievable that no full portion option available. Not as expected, Visited against great reviews and recommendations, Chicken Starters were acceptable, but had ordered mutton chop , which were stale and rubbery to say the least, Indian / Mughlai main course in both veg & nonveg were mediocre and nothing Great. Drinks prices were reasonable and thats the only good thing , Overall looks like a place for people to hangout over reasonably priced drinks and thats it.

The bar is amazing.It is designed to look like a shady place and 100 marks for that. Right from the table cloth, cutlery, chairs, lights and music to the purposely made mistakes in the menu card everything adds up.The food is delicious and well priced.Would definitely recommend this place to chill and get the shady feels.

I had visited this place and i had a wonderful experience also the food was quite good and in budget, this place also serves liquor in a way that it made my date night special; the atmosphere there was also chillin as there is retro based theme, which gives us the VIBE. Staff there is also very polite and helpful. I would strongly recommend this place for date night, party, get-togethers,etc… I would love to visit this place again.

NIPRs Full form is - New International Permit Room...They have just used the permit room and Bar theme for this resto - bar.I visited here 4 - 5 times now.. It is situated next to Barometer and owned by the same management.It has interior and ambience same as that of the old fashioned permit room and bars..Service is good and On timeAll food items are available throughout the day and food quality is also good. They have good variety too..You will get snacks / Chakna with your drinks same as other permit rooms / bars - i.e. salted Peanut, Chakli and Shev.. :PI enjoyed the food more as drink is not made for me.. :DLocality is also decent here. This resto - bar is Good for families too.You will get to listen lots of old songs from late 80s to 90s and you will enjoy it.Currently they are running Dardi Hours (Happy hours in everyday resto bar language) where you can buy two drinks and get same drink free. you can confirm time with NIPRBar on call.Parking space is available outside on road.They have added speaker in Washroom which stays and sounds like house flies are around you.. Its different than others. Their theme is like 80s.. red lights , movie quotes on tea coasters n old songs.. we had great time here.. food was also good.. they have specific menu Chakna.. try that... Dont forget to reserve a table if youre planning to visit on weekends...

Amazing place to hangout with friends and family. The have 3 sections created for different groups. They play 90s music in the background hence dont be surprised if u get to listen to songs like Dekha hai pehli bar saajan ki ankhon me pyar😝Reservations are must if you are visiting in peak hours. The food is good and tasty. Staff is friendly and cooperative. Price is also reasonable.They dont have their own parking.

One of the exciting bar and lively one. They have vibrant interior which attracts different age group. Food is okaiesh. You can have it with your drinks.The owner has creatively done the interior. It has upper section with only red light and ghazals are playing in the background.Recommended for people who wants to chitchat over a glass of a drink

Very good seating arrangements 😊 they have a different smoking zone for smokers, Food quality: Very Nice, have uploaded pics 🤩 Music, as stated its kind of a traditional Indian theme Pub, so expect the Music same as well😁 and the price is also affordable 🤑 A must visit place 👍

First we have booked table 5 days ago on phone..and took follow up with the restaurant 4 times..2 times we met physically in person to assure that we are coming because we dont want to hamper their business. we got table on time and placed order within their last order timing. now the reality.1. Our bill was 15400/- and we made full payment before our dinner.2. we placed order before theirs last order timing.3. after eating all food and full bill payment we were drinking our last remaining 20 ml drink and we were leaving from hotel within 5 min but hotel staff came and told us please leave the hotel right now. While these scenarios there were 7 tables that was drinking and eating food calmly but only our table was forced to leave.4. My point is if we we were leaving in 5 min and oir full bill was paid then why only our table was forced to leave.5. The girls with us alo complained about the staff.Final review - will not recommend this place at all. Instead of NIPR go to other places like IBC or Malaka Spice or Irish Village. Want to give 0 Stars but on Google we should at least give one star so giving one star in donation. Please dont go at this place at all .

The place is more suitable for friends get together than family meetings. Valet parking not available. Minimum drink size (hard liquor) is 60ml. Hope you have a good time.

Great experience. They have very successfully recreated the atmosphere of a bar from the 80s.The outer section is more spacious. True to the theme, the music gets louder at 9. They play Hindi songs from the 80s and90s. In The inner section, the theme gets even more prominent with dim lights and smoke ( this is the smoking section). Here even older Hindi songs are played. Even the menu card is true to the theme. The food was good and came in generous portions.
