I came to know about this place through my colleagues and it happens to be one of the best places especially when you are in or nearby Viman Nagar.An amazing rooftop restaurant and bar, Makaza is suitable for couples, friends, families and even corporate parties. It was a delight already with live music and food made it even wonderful.

Decent place, Good food. Everything was bit spicy, on the day I visited. But taste is good. Music was unbearable, did not change even after complaints. It was something like horror movie music continued with loud noise. :)

Makaza is a really nice place with very nice rooftop ambience.... Visited the place day before yesterday.... There is live music going on and it was very awesome.... 5/5 for the ambiance.... Lil disappoined with the food part.... Expected more from the restaurant... but was not that good.. taste-wise....The starters can be way better what was served to us.... Even for the mocktails, it could be way better..The main course was pretty good.... It was delicious... my rating 3/5 for the food.... Improvement is really needed....Overall experience was okay.... Nice place with good ambience and nice music.... but with good food aymd drinks options....!!!!

I have visited this place a week ago, I have heard a lot about this place, specially about the rooftop place they have, they organize many live event and standup shows. Its a all day bar and Kitchen.I visited with a group of friends on a weekday, they have a pretty impressive ambiance and Bar is located at the center, Also they have a beautiful pink theme. The seating arrangement was also huge, the song they were playing was also good.I have ordered the following dishes -Greek feta toss salad - I had was presented so well and it was too refreshing “Greek Feta Toss” it was too tasty made with lots of grilled tofu, Cabbage, and Peas.Show cooker yogurt chicken (shawarma) - It was served with bread. It was too juicy, and chicken used us fresh and soft. I loved the sauced they used to make this dish. It has juiciness and flavor was amazing.Exotica toss pizza - Well good and presented to well, Love the topping on pizza and it was cheese too.Chicken Fewa Tal.Pesto fish tikka - Fish was too yummy, soft and juicy. This rooftop restaurant ingront of Phoenix market city, viman nagar, pune is a very happening one. Decent crowd, very warm staffs and service was fast. Very good choices of drinks. Food was really good and tasty. Tequila shots are like kicks. Keeping 4 stars because of the mismanagement during transactions.

Some great sitting arrangements, with some music, this place is very good hangout venue.Their long menu includes a number of drinks & dishes. In drinks I tried, Berry sweet heart, Tangy watermelon, Mixed summer dream etc. were good. In starters, Makaza Prawns tempura, Dead wings, Mozzarella Jalapeno sticks, Lebanese Chicken, herb roast & paneer tikka pizza were amazing. I would recommend the Prawns, they were too good.My main course had, Fish curry, Murgh Malabar, Chanar Darna which tasted good. I finished with the dessert called Aloembagata. I was very exited about this place as i had seen the pictures of ambiance and food at first but then it proved to be a big disappointment after the visit there yesterday. The ambiance matches up to the pictures shown. The live music was a bit too loud for me and normally we could talk with our friends sitting besides even though it was an open restaurant.The drinks they served were literally watery and didn’t had any taste. Mocktails we had were the blossom and pine passion were tasteless. Even the Pinacolada ordered haf chunks of pineapple mixture and wasn’t smooth. It felt like we’re having pulp juice.The starters kung pao chicken was good but the other Indonesian green chilli chicken was unusual and didn’t like that one much.The charcoal black chicken was one good dish and a different dish we had. 4/5They served us murg malabar & sabzi bagicha which were okay in the taste part and a very common dish again.Cheese garlic naan were great and had cheese layer stuffed inside the naan. Beautiful presented.The desserts were the only part which we liked after being disappointed throughout the course.Chocolate mousse & pista tiramisu were good enough to change our mood. And the jackpot dish whicch was I love makaza in the dessert menu was the best of this place and worth all of the disappointment. Makaza All Day Kitchen & Bar is in the East coutlrt of the Phoenix Marketcity, Pune. The outlet has both outdoor as well as indoor seatings with indoor couch seatings and Dance floor as well. Their club area is very well comfortable and properly lit with lights and sound absorption due to which the sound quality inside is too good.The place also have outdoor seating with a stage at one corner for performances on weekends and a central bar counter to serve everyone. The atmosphere here is just lit. The staff is also courteous and polite towards the customers and very helpful in understanding and choosing from the menu. They have a huge variety in food ranging from Lebanese - Italian - Indian food and all of them tastes very good and lovely.We started of with some Charcoal black chicken & lemon garlic kebab, both of them tasted good but the lemon garlic kebab served with pita bread and hummus was just a delight to mine taste buds. So soft and well geilled chicken kebabs. And also the fish and chips we ordered was good in quantity and mouth watering served with mayonnaise and fries and the fish was nicely battered and deep fried.The place also customised and onnspecial request served us the Wok tossed Rice Bowl which was well tossed with chicken cubes and omelette along with corn in it, and it just tasted so good with the Schezwan chutney. And to end of the some drooling Chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream. Just a delight to have it.Overall the place is just lit not only by ambience but also by the food and beverages served here. All time favourite place when it comes to Phoenix market city .... Its top floor of East court ... One of the fine club and rooftop bar ... They do have club inside section .. the primary attraction of this place is fine food ...must try the cocktails

The place had happy vibes. The rooftop restaurant with live music and open bar makes it attractive.But I was disappointed a bit by the food here. Especially the moctails and starters. The kung pau chicken and charcoal grilled chicken were good. But Shanghai chilly paneer and chilly basil chicken were a bit out of taste. The main course and desserts were a bit appetizing. Especially the pista tiramisu , chocolate mousse and the makaza special.

Awesome roof top place in Viman Nagar!! Stiff cocktails, lip smacking food and on point service...this is a complete experience.Located in Viman Nagar, next to Phoenix Market City. They have a paid parking which is mostly available.Cocktails are their forte, and this place promise amazing quirky ambience. Roof top with many options of seating arrangements. Food menu is comprehensive and has many options for appetizers as well as hearty meals.I would highly recommend their Mushroom Paprika and Pork Loaded Bao. The prawns know suey is the best.

Visited this place few days ago for tasting their food. This place is basically a rooftop resto lounge.Open ambiance which can easily accomodate atleast 70 people easily.Good seating arragnement. Bar at the centre and surrounded by tables.Service was also good. Cleanliness was good, but there was very dim lights in the washroom which was something they should check.Now about food.We tried many dishes from the menu and also tried mocktails and cocktails.Food items were very good.Chicken wings: this is my fav from their menu. Spicy wings, fresh chicken. Very well blend in the spices this is was amazing.Chicken Shawerma: this was also good. It was like a entire meal if you have it all alone.Pesto fish tikka: fresh fish marinated in green masala, medium spicy.And many more tasty dishes were served. Basically they have good food menu.We also tried their drinks but i personally didnt like them. We discussed that with manager, so we came to know that their head bartender was not avaiable. Makaza homebar and kitchen is basically heaven for the ones who’re into deep house and techno ! You get to see a beautiful chandelier as you enter the place, the space is huge, they’ve kept a dark theme, have loads of seating options, what i loved the most was the greenery all around the place, the airy and happening atmosphere!We were a group of 7 people and hence had a huge spread laid out in front of us, we started off by having some mocktails such as Pink Passion, The blossom and Makaza lust. Refreshing stuff! They’re really good with these.1) Makaza dead wings : Being someone who generally doesn’t prefer wings, mazaka managed to change my take on this as the wings that they served were super delicious and spicy! The chicken taste good and it had the perfect amount of Spice in it. Recommended!2) Stir fried chicken bao : Buns stuffed with fried chicken, veggies, sauces and spice. A great appetiser!3) Pesto fish tikka : The fish was extremely soft, juicy and well marinated. Had some masala sprinkled onto it. Highly recommended for the Fish lovers in the house!4) Paneer tikka : The paneer was well composed, the masala coating was great. Good stuff!5) Exotica toss Pizza : A thin crust pizza with veggies, mushroom, olive and pepper. Few days back have visited this place for review. Its basically a rooftop restro lounge with separate dance floor and with great music. You can organize private party too as they have space for that also. The food which I get to taste were :-Lemon Coriander Soup :- This was something I like the most as I was having cold and this was my savior at that time.Zaitoon Paneer :- This was paneer starter which we had but the paneer was hard so I didnt liked it much but it was well garnished.Mozzarellajalapeno Stick :- I loved this started as it had cheese in it and it was crispy, tasty and filled with cheese.Nance Tikka Paneer :- This was one of my favorite flatbread as it was crispy and filled with cheese and paneer on top.Killer Spice African Veg :- This pizza was also good and was filled with veggies but was bit spicy in taste but then also I liked the base of the pizza.Chanar Dalna :- This was served to us in main course but the tikki in this was too oily so not liked it much.Pista Three Awesome :- I basically like chocolate dessert only but after having this I started liking others too as this was soft and tasty.Chocolate Walnut Brownie :- This dessert was also good and it was well presented.The brownie was a little hard to cut but then also with icecream it was good.Had tried all of this and love the food. This was cheesy and yummyMains-Veg Khao Suey- Embracing the coconut flavor in the Khao suey was excellent.Chanar dalna - Good served with naan or Roti.Desserts -Dark old mock, Random chocolate gelato and Pista three awesome.All three were excellent and loved the way they were presented.I tried a few vodka based cocktails but my favorite was the exotic Bali which was white rum-based. I also loved the tequila-based cocktail called Don Pablo.I would love to visit this place again for drinks and music.A perfect place for date night and group outings.

Only good if you want to have drinks and ambience. For rest all things this place is not worth. The quantity and the quality of the food is not so good. The taste is very okay and the service is very slow.Though it has a roof top the air is fresh and the surrounding is very cool. Good music and standard crowd. Not recommendable.

This is an excellent place to hang out. The ambience is amazing. The food is superb and the staff is super sweet. My daughter likes the chicken crumble stake but they have taken this out of their recent menue choices. I asked for it and i mentioned that they shouldnt have taken it off the menu so which the cashier added that we can check with the chef was very kind he agreed and they served us what we wanted so some extra point for their thoughtfulness and hospitality. We go there often and we are never dissapointed. Keep it up team cpd Aundh 👍

Food portions are small and service was very slow. Drinks I had here was not that good as compared to my other experience in other places

This place is lively and has a great crowd...the music is great and the food quality is amazing too...

Well we went to this pub in new year,and pub guys promoted that some lemon dj wil come there and charged them 15lakhs,and suppose to be a bollywood night but as it turns out that they played English song all night and some lemon dj guy who was suppose to arrive at the pub by 8:30 and start he actually came by 11:45 apporx and he hardly played 8-9 songs and we kinda wasted 5k for a couple.

It was my first visit , but goof ups took up at their end. Instead of soda they mixed water in drinks ,the snacks ( momos) were cold, even after rewarming they were just about warm, the chicken was cold , even after rewarming, thus we quit the main course( dinner)

Food is good. But no hindi Bollywood music which we all love to dance on. DJ was only playing english songs and that was also not good.

Okkish....not that great. Washrooms are pathetic to say the least. Dance floor and wine and dine floors are different (like seriously). The speakers on the dance floor were good not on the wine and dine floor. Food was also bearable....not too great or worth mentioning. Go to MAKAZA if you have no other place to crash....

Offers which makaza dose is very nice buy one get one but they have to improve into food quality even taste also.

Although, its nice rooftop resto, with tasty food, but I felt that they had added too much baking soda in their food. I felt nausea and indigestion after the having the meal.

Ambience- GoodFood-Starter....Just ok,Main course....Good.Drinks- Good.Overall its ok place to hangout with friends... Official hangout isnt easy as they have very limited menu.

Rooftop restaurants has always been a thing for me. 🤩🤩 And when you talk about the best rooftop restaurants in Viman Nagar, how can you forget to mention Makaza! Every time I visited Phoenix, I used to see this big pink logo of Makaza and hear some killer songs being played. This was enough reason for me to try out this place. Apart from being centrally located, this place boasts a huge seating space (both indoor and outdoor).Talking about the food, I had some favorites while some needs to be worked on.1. Kurkuri Bhindi: One of the finest starters I have ever tasted. Theres no doubt that I love Bhindi but I had never thought that it can be made as a starter too. Crispy and tasty, this should be a part of your order.2. Pesto Paneer Pizza: I havent met anyone yet who doesnt like Pizza 🤩🤩 With that amount of fan following, I had expected the Pizza to be exceptional but was slightly disappointed with the bland taste. It could have been a bit better.3. Chanar Dalna: This was again a first try for me. Made with Chana Dal in a thick gravy, this can be eaten either with Roti or Rice. It isnt bland or too spicy and seemed like a standard variation of a curry. 😋😋😋4. Old Dark Mock: Desserts are the most important element of any food menu. And I was highly impressed with this one. It was like the perfect cherry on top of the cake. The softness of the pastry or the hint of the dark chocolate, everything about this was so delicious.Apart from these, also tried few of their Mocktails. The drink menu here is extensive and there is an ample of options to choose from. 😋😋😋Also, live music made my experience a little more better. Amazingly lit ambiance, good food and mocktails, live music and delicious desserts; Makaza has everything to offer.

Guys its all about last nightWent to the restaurant called MAKAZA situated near Phoenix MallThe moment I entered makaza , ambience of the bar took me in a party zone . A rooftop restaurant with pink logo of makaza a round shape bar exactly in the centre of the restaurant.Some how we got a table in front of the band who was playing Bollywood last night .We ordered for the food and couple of drinks .What should I say about food ......bhindi kurkuri -- was ultimate..Fish finger -- it served with tarter sauce and it was up to the markPesto paner pizza -- which I was never had before so I tasted it was good they served with olive oil added with some Secret herbs .Prawns tempura 🤩 It was wow .. I generally dont eat prawns but testing makaza prawns tempura I fallen in love .Charcoal black chicken-- the ultimate flower of charcoal and burnt garlic marination make it makazas signature dishNaga chicken -- u know Naga cuisine is the traditional cuisine of the Naga people which generally smoked and trust me guys it was given a perfect Smoky flavour I wish I could have a single malt with itMushroom peprika - it made with button mushrooms which was Marinated with red sauce and cooked in clay oven.

I had been to Makaza few days back, heres my quick review about the place:-We started with orange iced tea and blueberry iced tea. The orange one was quite tangy and less sweet but the blueberry was more on a sweeter side and had a hint of blueberry flavour to it.Their Kung pao chicken was a gem of a starter to have. Succulent and tender chicken pieces with cashews bell pepper and tossed in Chinese sauces.I had never tried Bao before so we went for the chicken stir fry bao and I absolutely loved it.The bao was so fresh and soft and the chicken was really flavourful and juicy. It was topped with Chipotle sauce and it really went well with the chicken.The show suey was served in a bowl with all the condiments on each side of the big bowl. Generally, the khow suey I had were served with the noodles, broth and the condiments separately. we opted for the veg one and the coconut curry of the khow suey did not disappoint me .You must surely give this dish a try.Then we had their veg exotic pizza, which had mushrooms, broccoli, onions, bell peppers and mozzarella cheese on it. The Pizza was thin crust and the pizza sauce was pretty good.Delicious food, great mocktails and cocktails, amazing Ambience what else do you need?Gather your friends and visit this restaurant as soon as you can!

Too chaotic ,the food taste good but was served absolutely cold.i orders momos which were in a bamboo pot but cold . chicken lasagne was cold too.when asked to look into it both dishes were rewarmed n served but still they were not even near warm.

VERRRYYY BAAADDDD!!!NOT RECOMMENDED.I visited this place twice! First time in May! It was an amazing place.. Good food, Vibe, good music, good service!But then there was a MANAGEMENT CHANGE as I was informed.*Now the place has lost the vibe!Absolutely Rude staff,Bad food.They charged entry with no cover.And when we entered the place, it was TOTALLY EMPTY.I dont know wat we paid for. :/LOW PACE MUSIC!DISINTERESTED AND RUDE STAFF!!
