I booked Venue 3 months back. But as per delivery commitment of executive , they are not able to deliver car. After 3 months still I have not received my refund. Sales executive response as like this I am begger and asking refund. They are not attending call also. My suggestion is pl don’t book any vehicle to this showroom. Very third class response from showroom.

Pathetic Service.Before you book the CAR, sales exec, their Team Leaders will follow up regularly but once you book the car then you need to follow up with them.No cars available at display. You need to take constant follow ups with them to to check if they have any car came to their showroom or at servicing center (which is at same place) so that we can come to see it (wanted to show it to my parents as they came to the city). It takes more than 1 month for Garve Hyundai people to show us a car that too when we were about to cancel it.They do not live up to their promises & commitments.very unprofessional behavior.Do not update their customers about the status of their booking.Need to follow up almost for everything.My humble request to them is to respect their customers time and money. :( :( :(

For Car servicing this place is scam and with zero transparency, be careful and get the bill clarity in beginning. Recently booked EON car for servicing and they have added so many charges like AC DISINFECTION- Rs 635 not mention at beginning and it is nothing but a spray bottle to spray in the AC vents, (very cheap online and can be done at home) so dont go with big big words of adviser pass away this dealer if you need better transparency on bills. Adviser fail to explain what they do under PMS as they charge for everything separately in bill for all cleaning. However, I must mention they do the car servicing good, but this time they added injustice/hidden charges to bill..

I really want to share my experience with Budget which was more than expected during this COVID-19 lockdown. Based on the reviews, we went here to buy a car from this place and the entire staff was phenomenal .Excellent service and no doubt on the certification process they have. I went their to get spares for my Hyundai car. You need to check with the spare store first if the part is available, the store manager will give you a slip if the part is available. Then you have to go to billing counter which is on another side. You pay and get 2 copies of the bills and a gate pass. You again need to go to spare store handover the bills. Then store manager will keep one copy with him and will give you the spare and gate pass. Then you can come out after showing gate pass at entrance. Hoosh...

Visited this place two days back. Showroom has only i20 (2020 model) and creta (2020 model) to see. As per the sales person, waiting period for both the cars is 6 weeks. The sales person was very knowledgeable and polite.

Very poor service . Zero transparency. I have booked Hyundai Creta in month of September 2020 and after 3 months this dealer failed to give any clarity about delivery of the car . This dealer was playing around delivery dates from 5th Dec saying that vehicle would be delivered by 25th Dec but at this date Garwe Hyundai told me that they do not have any clarity on vehicle . It seems that this dealer must have very poor relations in Hyundai who might gave priority to other Hyundai dealers over Garwe Hyundai. ( I agree that there is huge demand for Creta but this dealer failed to demonstrate its good relationship with Hyundai ) In addition After booking my car I never receive a single Email explaining delivery process , escalation matrix etc. I never receive a feedback call from this dealer . After waiting so long finally I have cancelled my vehicle .

Servicing not done neatly this time. Door handle grip was missing, spoiled my wiper and did not accept it. Also test drive for Creta was not available.

Took my 2015 model Hyundai Xcent for routine maintenance/service. Assistance given by service advisor was ok. I called in the morning to check with customer care person if slot is available for my car to get serviced that day. I was provided with assistance & contact info of their service advisor. On reaching there i called up the number of the advisor who further took it up & put the car in the shop for servicing. I got our car back late in the evening as there was rush due to festival approaching. Part charges & labor charges are mostly standard. The thing i didnt understand was that there was one Periodic maintenance charge of ₹2250 levied in the bill. I think this increased our overall service bill a lot. Overall service quality is just ok. After service completion, i didnt feel too much of a difference during the drive.

Worst ever kind of experience with service center in 2019.For A.C work they advised there was some leakage somewhere and charged around 10000.After few months same problem occured.I wonder if they ever did any repairs or not and just provided me the vehicle.Also they told ABS sensor is not working which will cost around 5500 rupees , i showed it to different showroom, they identified it was just a cable cut for ABS sensor which is covered in servicing.I had my radio antenna in the car ,which they never provided my back after servicing.Servicing cost is also too high compared to otherIf you car is more than 5 years old dont ever visit their , they will try fool you saying works which are not required as well.
