Cocoparra has one of the best Ambiance in this side of Pune. The nice riverside breeze and calm vibe you get here is worth travelling this long. The restaurant is spread in a huge area and have everything which a modern person can imagine or want. This is a must visit place in the rainy season and in winter as it gets super cold and you can enjoy a nice bonfire while having some amazing drinks and food.About the service, I found it bit slow even if the restaurant was pretty empty. It took a lot of time later on for our mains to come. Service couldve been better.lets get started with what we had here -jalapeno cheese poppers - A perfect big size poppers which welcome us with a great crispy coating. The size was bigger than usual, the inner filling was quite gooey as it supposes to be and it was more than regular filling size. The cheese poppers were perfect and had a nice blend of jalapeno and cheese.Paneer Jafrani - One more extra size starter but the size didnt go well this time. The paneer chunks were quite bigger than usual which ended up having less flavour than needed. The marination had perfect flavour but it was lesser, we felt like it couldve been more to give that perfect taste and flavour of marination throughout the paneer. The paneer was a bit hard but it wasnt the actual problem. Even if the marination was perfect we felt like eating dry paneer because of the less marination.Aloo Sumiran - It was the best starter in our dinner. The Tikki was super crispy and had a nice filling of tangy peas with slightly mashed potato. The tangy peas had that flavour of imli in it which was a gamechanger. The perfect soft crispt covering gave it a nice texture and it was fried to perfection. The Tikki didnt feel oily at all and finished in no time.Murgh Rozalie Kebab - Minced chicken with cheese cooked in tandoor and stuffed between chicken strips which were marinated in Indian spices. The chicken was minced perfectly and the cheese didnt overpower its taste, whereas the strips were perfectly marinated with Indian spices which gave a dominant flavour of curd in every bite. The minced chicken had a nice smoky touch to it of the tandoor. Also, it had a tangy extra flavour additional touch of lemon which was sprinkled on top of it.Chicken Popcorn - Nicely fried chicken chunks made with perfection but I think the coating was lacking marination. I didnt taste anything in the coating and it was a bit chewy which was a disappointment for me. The chicken was juicy but the coating failed to impress me.Cheesy Prawns - The fresh prawns arranged in the shape of bonfire which was quite appealing. The cheese sauce was good and it was consistent in creamy mild taste. The sauce which was left in the bowl was a bit salty, which I dont know why happened. There wasnt any flavour of garlic or it was way too less that I didnt even get to taste any.Chicken Wings - It looked perfect when came on the table. A nice glaze of bbq sauce with more than enough flesh of wings. It was the perfect wings on the dish but when I tasted it the sauce gave a dominant sweet flavour which I wasnt expecting. The sweet and tangy flavour suppose to be balanced but here the sweetness was more and it ruined all the magic of a bbq wing.Overall Verdict - They need to work on small things and on service also. My experience was not that bad and the ambiance balanced it out pretty well.

Ambience: outdoor, no music. If youre looking for a quiet place then this is one of the places to be. There is terrace present over one the seating areas which quite romantic.Food: 3.5/5 its a little expensive for some of the orders but the Italian they serve is brilliant!Drinks: most of them are always 2+2 or 1+1.The other ones are expensive compared to other places. It cost us 1600 for 2.Overall 4/5

Ambience is awesome here. Open air restaurant with good arrangement. Food is good. We ordered potato wedges and cheese poppers. Wedges were OK but sauces they provided were awesome. Poppers were good as well. Then we had cottage cheese sizzle. Marinated Cottage cheese was delicious. Along with that the veggies were also good but as lack salt other tastes little bit. Service is slow.

The place has magical and romantic ambience amidst all the hush and rush in the city !! It deserves a 6/5 for its ambience :)However, its veg offerings are limited and unimpressive and service is dead slow. But on a positive note, my friends did praise the taste and variety in non-vegetarian menu. A little overpriced but its ambience sure makes up for it. The place is also pet-friendly.Heard about their brunch but havent tried yet. Being a vegetarian, not a preferable option for veg food. Although, I will still try their brunch and havent lost my hope yet :)

Good and big in size restaurant. Its has very nice offers for groups parties.Office parties are given really nice privacy and space here.Mostly it could go 1400 per head for group of 30 to have everything they dream of in a party. Dance floor is big and found it good.

A little pricey, but worth it considering the quality and quantity. Outdoor seating is nice, but the smell of mosquito repellent coil can be a little off-putting. But overall, definitely can be visited once!

I truly fell in love with this place. Its nestled in a spacious property just next to the river. With plenty of trees, lighting and live music, this place will give you the feeling that your are not in Pune but somewhere else. We had gone there for a significantly large family reunion. The seating is spacious and comfortable, without falling short for other guests.The staff was splendid. Everyone from Lavina to the stewards to the bartender made us feel very warm and welcomed. Lavina always interacts with her guests and joins in the festivities. We went on a Thursday and the live music organised (as well as the open mic) was simply superb. The food was good and the ambiance was serene. And now here is the best part - you can take your dog to the restaurant too ! Yes theres loads of space to play around with your dog :)

Good ambience and decent service. This place is good for those who want a good drinking experience. Good part is that mixers for all your drinks are not charged to you. You pay only for alcohol. The base cost of alcohol is high, but with their happy hours and several offers that they run, it falls into the reasonable range.The food is pretty good. They have a good food menu and most items we ordered were pretty tasty. The big disappointment was the quantity of food. Fish tikka cost us 300 rupees for 6 small pieces. A prawns sizzler costing 400, had just 4 prawns in it. The food quantity was not satisfactory for the cost.Its a decent place to visit once in a while. You get a very good ambience, well priced drinks, decent but pricey food and good service. Not a place I would like to visit frequently coz Im a foodie, it would be great for those who love to drink more and eat less.

You advertise candle light dinner but you had none.You did not have prawns on a Saturday night.Your waiter was clueless on many dishes and when i asked for peanuts..he prrovided it to me afer much hesitation and that too without salt or lemon and i had to ask for it separately.He should have the courtesy to suggest.Now comes the worst part- We ordered butter chicken and garlic naan, in comes a yellow chicken curry with boneless pieces..i taste it and call the waiter..it is murg masallam, i ask the waiter to taste it, he does and replies..this is butter chicken without the red puree and is not sweet as is always and here this is how this is made.I am stumped as have had butter chicken all my life.In comes the cheque when i order for it and it states murg masallam.I ask the othe waiter for the goof up and he politely offers that to me as complimentary ( whicb was nice ), but this experience spoiled my entire food experience at cocoparra.Good thing - I got a reservation immediately...Bad part - The whole experience with food...I will now never return to cocoparra where waiter serves murg masallam and defends it as butte chicken...i guess this is ridiculous

Cocoparra is a place to be if you are a nature lover as the restaurant is spread in just 10% of the green space that the place actually has. A nice foresty feel inside the city is one of the main attractions of this place. I will definitely go back here for its natural and serene setting.The restaurant owners have taken all efforts to ensure that the place does not lose out on its foresty look. I was awestruck when I visited here a few days back.I had a lot to eat during my outing and here are the highlights:1. Crispy Eggplant with 3 dips - I hate eggplant but I had so many of these fried baingan that evening that the baingan community is now scared of me ;) Superb starter! Dips were good too.2. Stir Fry Chick Peas - Another good starter from their menu for health conscious people. Lemony taste was distinct and tasted very good.3. Paneer Tikka - was also good with big cubes of soft paneer marinated in herbs. The cubes coukd have been a little small for the marination to seep in better.4. Desi Veg Pizza - Desi as the base was of thick tandoori roti. Good veggie toppings. Another good starter option.5. Stuffed Tandoori Potatoes - Mini potatoes stuffed with spicy stuffed veggies. I am a fan of potatoes and loved the spicy filling in this one. Another hit!Almost every starter we had had a distinct and good taste. The mains though could have been a little better.6. Cottage Cheese steak in creamy tomato gravy - Grilled paneer with herbed rice were good. The tomato gravy did not go well with the dish as it was too sweet.7. Spinach and Mushroom Spaghetti - Spaghetti was not fully cooked, otherwise the dish was good.We had a lot of colourful and amazing cocktails to taste and would highly recommend their 7 island Iced Tea.Do visit this place to hang out with your friends or for a romantic date. Highly recommended if you are looking for an EXPERIENCE.

This is a huge restaurant situated by the river. Situated away from the city chaos, its the right place for spend sometime with your loved ones. They have an outdoor as well as an indoor seating along with open air theatre.Im drinks we tried,1) Chocolicious - This is a vodka based drink. Chocolate and vodka coming together is itself a success.2) Safe sex on the beach - A vodka based drink with orange flavour and garnished with mint leaves.3)Coco punch - This is a creamy mocktail.4) Spider bite - This drink was a combination of sweet and spicy flavour. It was spiced up by Thai chilli.5) Green apple martini - A vodka based drink. Would surely ask you to try this.For starters we had,1) Cheesy prawns - This was presented very nicely. The prawns were stuffed on a stick and had a creamy sauce all over it.2) Paneer zaffrani - A decent dish. Not one of the bests that I had so far as the paneer was lacking its flavour.3) Jalapeno cheese poppers - The best part about this dish was the flavoured mayo along with which this was served. Poppers were nice and crispy and worth a try.4) Murgh Rozali kebab - This tandoori dish had cheese stuffed inside the chicken. Really delicious as it just melts into your mouth because the chicken is marinated very nicely and the smokey tandoor flavour makes this dish a hero.5) Chicken wings - This was a treat to the eyes but unfortunately they were really sweet to taste.6) Chicken popcorn - This dish had really small bites of chicken deep fried. It was really oily and didnt like this much.Mains included,1) Khow suey - Coconut curry noodles. I enjoyed this dish to the fullest.2) Butter chicken - It did lack those Punjabi classic flavours. And the chicken was also not soft enough.3) Dal tadka - The dal had its flavours missing. Was not a fan of this dish.Our dessert had the honey noodles with ice cream. Honey glazed noodles tasted really amazing. The crunchy noodles and the soft ice cream is highly recommended for you guys.The service was a bit slow but we did have a great time enjoying their starters and drinks. Ambience will win your hearts.

Worst place ever visited. They dont even have basic starter like roasted papad and non veg starter like chicken tandoori. Apart from that whatever dishes I ordered it never had that taste. I had ordered chicken chilly, but it never tasted like it, I had to return the dish and give few tips to the cook of how the dish should be like but it didnt make any difference. It was worst as before.They didnt even had manchaon soup, tomato soup to start with.Apart from that the prices were too high if you consider the taste and quality of food served. Pint of beer costs you 235/-. Worst!!!Dont even try this place even if they call you for free. It deserves stars in - ve. So I give - 5 stars.

Found this place while surfing on internet and booked it for dinner , major reason being it was pet friendly.The ambience was good with the outdoor seating and well decorated lights , our starters and drink were served pretty fast and the starters tasted pretty good. The problem occured when we pursued for the maincourse ,it took more than 45 minutes to serve a pasta/Sizzler and green curry with steam rice and the taste was very average........ Oriental chicken Sizzler was just an overdose of cabbage and cold rice heaped with MSG , Thai green curry was salty and the penne in arabiata sauce was more of a makhani affair...... too sweet.Over all a good place for hanging out with drinks and starters!!
