Very noisy place if you are searching for a peaceful night with some beer. Not recommended for couple, but perfect for a boys night. Food is not that much great( bakwas) but beer is chilled 😉. DJ plays decent songs with lots of repetition. Il suggest if you want to party hard in low budget, this is the best place on FC road

Being a Bar, customer expects a Happy and cozy ambience. But what we experienced- staff was displaying News channel even after we were requesting some good music.

This place is located near venkys.. When u go inside u will find that its too narrow. Has a capacity of 20-25 people. The DJ keeps playing songs. The Food is very tasty and cheaper as compared to others , but the liquor is priced little on a higher side. Service is fast. Ambience is good.

Limited liquor brands .. nvr get what we want in liquor.. sumtimes nonveg also not freshm... No parking .. no proper card payment facility.. many times theres no network...

They dont serve food.. I wonder how? When I been there, only one table was occupied. Rest it was full free...

The original basement place has not changed a lot since last 20 yrs.... Had been to this place after a gap of almost 18 yrs.. Same setup. Just now the level 1 setup had charged to trendy... Basement setup is the same... Service is little slower than expected

Average place to hangout.Food and boose is good. Its not that big on space mostly crowded on weekends. They have music too but no dance floor. Well connected by busses cabs n autos. Try if you could pre-book the table to avoid waiting.

Yess its a cozy place. Music is awesome if you like bollywood songs. they played outstanding Mashup of bollywood nd Hollywood songs. Starters are good. Preffer the first floor if you have a lady with you. Girls should go with a group because place is a tiny n every type of crowd is there n yess girls dont take basement table never.

Okay. So I used to like this place and I was a regular customer of Step Inn; however, over the months the customer service has become pathetic and not at all customer centric. The attendants are very rude and most likely not happy with their jobs. The person on the counter has his ears stuffed with earphones and not willing to answer questions. 0 stars to Step Inn. Will never visit this place again and will make sure my contacts dont dont visit this place as well. Pathetic customer service and pathetic people.

First off all service was extremely worst..(I am finding worst word too good to describe the service).I had ordered a veg triple rice and after couple of bites I discovered small small pieces of glasses I was extremely disappointed..and wanted to have a chat with the manager..He was manager looking like a bouncer when I complained him about the same he argued with me and was asking for the bill for the worst quality of food that he had served when I argued about paying the bill he told that this hotel belongs to a healthy politician from Nation congress party and was trying to put political pressure on me and my frndz.I paid the bill but will never go here again still my throat is paining a lot.I request each and every one not to go at such restaurants who do not care about the customers,and who rule market not by quality but by using political mileage.Lets give a tight answer to such kind of monsters by boycotting this restaurant.Attached are the photos for your information.My rating is minus infinity for such kind of restaurant..Plz do not go and spread this msg as many times as possible.
