Zara nowdays is a very popular brand in india and specialy among delhites .European brands have something edgy element in their offerings so as this brand.I want to clear the myth about this brand is that it is affordable.Unlike the other spanish and italian brands like massimo dutti or mango etc.without compromising the quality.Many celebrity wears this brand and personally i wear zara clothes and i feel very elite.I shop from the select city mall outlet and believe me u may find a tv actor or daily soup actor checking out clothes there.For men there are always limited collection but for ladies this brand has vast collection.U can find cool and premium sneakers starting from 2000 to 5000 ,blazers from 5000 rs ,jackets from 4000rs , shirts from 2500 rs , stylish bags from 2500rs and many accessories such as sunglasses ,tie ,bow, perfumes,scrub ,moisturisers etc.I bought mirror sunglasses worth rs 2500 from there and trust me they look sexy af.They look better than the much expensive ray ban or givenchy.If u want to look like the actors u see on tv then u must visit the zara store ,have a look there .

Best clothing brand.But the staff is not helpful at times.I purchased a mens wallet and that turned out to be a defective product.But the store manager refused to exchange it and was rude.Big disappointment!

Very good cloth store. It has very decent collection for men, women and kids. However, you may not find good choices for old age. Prices are very good. Though it is Spanish brand it has good collection aa per Indian choice.

Staff is rude,uncooperative and inspite of long row at billing only one person was doing the billing.Staff seems totally indifferent to customers and unwilling to help them.They also dont wear masks properly.

The staff here is pathetic...please hire some proper staff or train your staff properly!They allow adults (Men) in kids changing room!!!Since these changing rooms just have curtains with no hooks.....the privacy is compromised!!!..... After complaining to the manager ,was of no use..he is saying sorry sorry ....This is basic thing thats expected..If this happened in some other country you guys would have been sued for this..... wake up team Zara!!!!Team Zara if you are reading this..please work on this ...This review is for Zara at Pavilion Mall!

Contrary to what most people have said, Zara as a brand is overrated. While the store has helpful staff, the quality of winter jackets is nothing much to write home about. I got a gift card as replacement and when I went back this year, again the quality of winter jackets was poor.Of what use is style if the quality doesnt match up?

Staff is not at all helpfull. Very disappointed to visit this store of such renowned brand which is not at all upto the expectation. I wanted to exchange the dress where everything was intact they were so stubborn about the physical bill, I was ready to show them the transaction in my phone. ( Other brands easily take this process with purchase history). After requesting the manager he told me I will exchange this for half the price which was even more disappointing 😖

Worst customer serviceVisited this place today with cousins for shopping while trying things checking the products a employee tall shabby looking wearing specs was following us and staring at the girls which made them feel very uncomfortable he wasnt helpful at all with a weird personality. We carried the products in hands he did not took initiative of giving us a bag instead kept staring where other employee offered us the bag we did not wanted to create a scene there and spoil our time so we did the billing and left which was a bad experience for all of us.One suggestion for zara hire decent and trained staff rather than such junkies.

The worst store service ever. Please dont visit this pavillion mall zara. I have purchased for 11050 from zara and they deducted my money 2 times and its 3 weeks now and they are not refunding my money . I have called them 15 times but they are just saying 2 days and when i call after 2 days someone else pickups the call and the same story repeats again. And they are not ready to send me in written that they are looking into this issue. This is the worst experience ever. I donot recommend to visit this store at all

This mall where I got one black jacket which is perfect size for me that I ever got in entire of my life wherever I visited the malls, e commerce site and etc.but couldnt buy it bcoz I cant offered the cost for it, its huge amount for me....but next time for sure I will buy it and this mall is amazing where you can get the western type cloths and dresses and all....

Zara is nice brand but this Zara outlate not have good collection.

As a brand Zara is undoubtedly good. However, this store doesnt live upto the standard.I really liked a white top but it had lipstick marks on it. They didnt have another piece. Though it was on sale, wasting money on something that is soiled makes no sense.Also, the store is understaffed. The changing room area was crowded but there was nobody to guide a customer to an unoccupied changing room. Since the changing rooms have curtains and not doors, many customers drew the curtains of the chaning rooms while it was occupied by another customer. The hangers were piled up in each as nobody cleared them. Billing took forever as one of the three counters was completely unattended and at the two other counters only half of the billing machines were open for billing.My advice would be:try out the other brands at Pavilion where the garmends would look new and the store would have enough stafforjust go to another Zara store.

This review is not specific to this outlet, but I had a bad experience and had to give a feedback.The quality of their footwear is extremly low & when compared to the pricing, its pathetic.After wearing my shoes for 2 times, they started going bad & when we approached this outlet, the manager said we dont gaurantee our footwear, quality, they could go bad the minute you walk out of the store.Disappointed
