The hotel is located in the industrial area with no good places to visit nearby. Its a 5 storey building nicely decorated on the inside. Staff was polite and professional. There was unfortunately no view from the rooms. The rooms were nice and clean. The restaurant is not much expensive. They had a nice variety for the breakfast buffet. However, the bakery items like the croissant, chocolate rolls contained egg. No swimming pool or indoor games. Overall good.

Overall a good stay. Rooms are good according to the price. Buffet breakfast was also very tasty. Good variety in the breakfast. Giving 4 star because I booked 2 rooms, so Its expected from the Hotel they will keep both the rooms ready before check-in time and that too on the same floor. Waited for almost 1 to 1 hr 15 min to get bothe the rooms on same floor as initially only one room was ready. Its a common sense thing that you provide rooms on same floor for the same booking.

I booked for a King sized bedroom and instead was given a bedroom which had two single beds joined together (Photo attached). This was the biggest upset for me since I have stayed in other Fern hotels across India and have never seen this cheap move!!!Pillow cover was torn (photo attached).The complimentary fruit platter had just 2 fruits( photo attached) in which one of them was stale.Restaurant service was very slow. Buffet menu is so scarce, one wonders why the dinner/breakfast buffet charges are so high. In main course there was just 1 veg curry.No at all expected such service from a hotel like Fern.

Food quality- Food quality is not that great! I had food here like 5/6 times, but the quality kept on degrading with every visit. Some of the chicken dishes will put you off.Ambience- Is more like some 3 star professional restaurantStaff-is courteous and will even get customize dishes if needed.Ample parking space, can be used even for parties with friends but at the same price and space, better quality food there are many other options available.

Decent hotel to stay. Food quality is also decent. Missing the extra touch by not including a Gym. The bathroom fittings need to be checked of malfunctioning.Otherwise service is good and are flexible to some last moment requirements.

Good place for lunch and dinner, actually its a hotel with cafe. Their buffet is good for dinner, they have a rooftop bar and restaurant where you can have dinner. Ambience is beautiful and staff is well behaving. I recommend to visit on happy hours so it will cost you almost half

They should give water,tea coffee milk sachets regularly.this is lacking.we have to call everytime for this.shower caps combs body lotion not provided.we could not operate tv too!these few points to be correctedextra bed should be a folded bed and not in the floor. cleaners should come inside the rooms opening their shoes qhen a floor bed is given in a room.we pay for 3 guests but they give only 2 bathing towels.

Went for a buffet and was pleasantly surprised to see if as rooftop buffet. Starters were really good including pineapple masala. Main course was also good. Rice was a bit burnt but that was maybe because we were late to the buffet.

Had a good peaceful stay, okay food clean and spacious rooms. The only hitch is location, if you are going to stay for a longer time go for Chinchwad area . Other than this, for a stay of a day or two the hotel is nice with good hospitality from staff .

It is a good hotel, there are rooms available to stay. Nice lobby, good food. It is not a star hotel but they also have other properties so they know service. Rates are also reasonable. They are equipped with banquet hall, conference hall restaurant and some other amenities. Hotel is situated in Bhosari MIDC area, it is an industrial area do if you have any work in this area that is very good place to stay. Food, service, ambience all is excellent. Mthere is no flaw with the hotel. Great service. Highly recommended.

This hotel is near to kasawadi and MIDC. Cleanliness is moderate. Room is spacious. Standard room will have 2 beds. And talking about food here, I got complimentary breakfast and it is good, dinner buffet cost around 700 including taxes. Basic things were provided without any questions. Room positions are not good that much. You can see every other room guys when yu come out of room. Wifi was not working for the first 2 days. These could be the negative points. Rest of all were good.
