Not happy with the service. Room wasnt cleaned properly. Bed sheets and blankets were not provided, Washroom facility was not good. The manager was not cooperating well, had some issues with the online hotel booking. Only good thing about the room is, AC & TV were working properly. At the location of the hotel you can face the noice issue of airplanes at night. You will get better place in same price. Overall experience was very bad.

Interior and exterior are very well done for the hotel. However the food quality for non-veg needs to be increased. Room are also available at this place. This restaurant is available on OYO hotels.Also easy to locate as it is located at the main Nagar Road .Car parking and two wheeler parking is also available.

The worst reception manager I have ever seen. He cancelled my OYO booking even after advance payment and was least bothered about my discomfort. He was suggesting me a different hotel instead where is brother works, so that he might get some money out of it.I asked for a fresh booking as he told me rooms will be empty in an hour, which he bluntly denied saying I dont want to give you room. Not at all customer friendly, I would never ever visit this place again, highly dissappointed. I was with my entire family stranded in middle w/o any arrangement for stay.

Average hotel in the pune. I had visited 2 days before and I order veg kolhapuri and veg maratha and I surprised veg maratha superb then veg kolhapuri. Overall it was a good hotel for regular lunch.

I have been a regular to this since the last 10 years, but the only problem is the owners attitude,they think talking to clients is below par dignity,why, simply because they are local landlords, when you running a business you should be humble, not attitude prone (specially,in hospitality business ),I go there for their mutton thali which is very good & of course the waiters also have attitude problem, they serve you like they own the place,its good that they some good polite people at the counter,some satisfaction 😊

Its worst hotel I ever found in Pune...its too much costly and they serve low quality foods.Just read an brief summary below,I ordered spl veg Thali (160/-)per Thai, for our 5 guests, there was a very simple dish offered like is a small road side corner canteen or prisoopr mess, I was disappointed, in all this called Special thali, no soup, no sweet, and in name of rice it was a low quality local tandul (clump of rice sticked together) served in from a big metal bowl like in mess. I seriously not recommend this place.Just simple if you wanna go you will remember this longer.Thanks.
