They have really kept their service and hospitality high. I went there for a buffet and the hospitality was really nice..The options in the buffet was good and they tasted also well. They also served us prawns from the live counter which was a special menu that day.I liked the calm atmosphere and would love to visit again✌

One of the best breakfast buffet I have had in a long time! Buzz offers a wide buffet spread across multiple cuisine - South Indian, Maharashtrian, Thai, Eggs, Chicken, Bacon, Freshly cut fruits, Juice, Desserts - you name it and they have it..and each dish tastes better than the other! The staff is well trained, attentive and ready to serve you with a smile. The ambience is chic and the arrangements are apt for their brand name - Vivanta! A highly recommended breakfast buffet experience which I would love to visit again!

Awesome food and tons of options to choose from. Truly a five star experience when you are presented with such delicious food items! Courteous staff, Ample parking and clean restrooms! Little expensive compared to other star hotels in the vicinity but its worth the money!

Pizza and pasta were not good...starter was good..but there were less options in main course..There were many items in desserts which looked delicious but bad in teaste

Good ambiance with cozy and spacious seating. Good service and friendly staff. Very good variety of buffet for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Tasty and pallate-soothing desserts.

We had a function in our family so post the ceremony we had planned to go for dinner in Buzz. Since we were a group of 20 people, we did reservation in advance.Management Service: We had 3-4 interactions with the manager over call / in-person before we did the reservation. Everytime we interacted the manager with whom we were connected was not the same and also there communications differed from one another (with respect to Buffet cost, spread options, discount). So we were little hesitant, however we trusted the brand name and thought we will not get disappointed. 1) On 14th feb evening again a different manager/co-ordinator. The reservation seating arrangement was different than what we had discussed. Anyway we kind of adjusted with it. 2) The buffet spread did not meet our expectations as it was not inline what was described to us. The options for desert were very less, no live counter, etc. 3) We had negotiated and agreed for group discount, however the same was offered in the bill.Food: Food quality was surprisingly average or even below expectations. The taste did not meet the expectations we have with the premium brands like Vivanta. Only few items were good like soup, dal, rice, rotis. It was a huge disappointment. Not even one option in deserts was good or exciting.Buffet Spread: We were informed their will be live counter with veg/nonveg option, there will be many options in desert (4-5 of which 3 cake/pastry types).The ambience, service at table / near dining and COVID safety was good.Value for money:- The overall experience to us was bad in light of value for money. Never expected to get disappointed from a brand like Vivanta. We had a function family on that day and we were the host, so it was even more disappointing and embarassing experience.

Good Breeafast Buffet!

We went there for Brunch. Environment is very nice. Ambiance is very nice. Staff is very cooperative. They allot separate attendant for each table. They are also looking after guest very well.So many food items with fast food counter and self made salad counter. All items are very nice. In fact you cannot taste each and every items as they are many in numbers.Overall good experience and we had nice time with them.

Have been here multiple times and every time the spread has pleased me.Although the service requires much improvement. It is never very crowded so can have a nice time with family but the service lets you down. They keep changing the menu and have a fusion spread. Its good if you have a group of people with varied food tastes

Ambience- 5 star ambience with well lit up place, good music. The place is huge and spacious with good interiors.Pocket friendly- Reasonable for the buffet experience.Food- Starters had different varieties in Chicken, Mutton, Fish and Prawns that are not the common ones you get in other buffet spreads. There were Sandwiches and Salads, Pastas, unlimited Juices and Hot Beverages.The variety was way more and filling. Live Pizza counters prepare pizzas which were thin crust, bland and has good amount of toppings.Everything was less spicy with an option to upgrade the spice level.Main course had traditional Biryanis, Curries, Noodles, Rotis and Breads. Chat options were available to prepare your own chats.Desserts were unconventional and a lot of variety. There were Parfaits, Macaroons, Pies and Assorted sweets. There were choices of plain Icecreams at the end.Service- Quick, prompt and polite.Rating- 4.5 as spice level in every item is less and requires reordering. There could be an option to choose spice preferences that would be applied for the entire meal.

I would say the food was not of a great quality, i mean not a Taj Standards food. Pizza was really good but overall i would say okay types food. Support staff was really good serving customers politely.

Very good spread of breakfast buffet which includes Indian dishes like parathas, idlis, poha, dosas etc along with continental pancakes, omelettes, pastries, cakes etc. All this is topped with very warm service and attention all through!The best part is the price which is quite reasonable @ 600 for the spread and service.

We went for a team buffet dinner at Buzz. We had bought coupons from Little app. So got some discount on the buffet. The food was okay. Number of choices were less if you compare it with barbecue nation or absolute barbecues. Ambience was decent. Would recommend it if you want a quite place and dont want to hassle around ordering a la carte. Its in the Gateway hotel by Taj and Valet parking is available.
