Westside is one of the coolest Indian brands where you get very elegant fashion wear. Whats amazing about this brand is that you get apparels for all age group.They have clothing, footwear, kitchen utensils, home decor, perfumes, make up and much more.You get some of the highend fashion for reasonable price but still not very cheap in terms of rate.However the quality is good.This outlet, is huge, has ample of parking space with restrooms.

The place is wonderful and beautifully designed. The music and ambience will give you a vibe of Kerala. The food quality, quantity and the pricing is also perfect. We tried the Chicken Naadan Curry along with Kerala Parotta along with Chicken Bamboo Biryani. The taste for Bamboo Biryani was somewhat Kerala style and wasnt any spicy.

Spacious and following all protocol. The item I was looking for was missing but they helped me locate a store where it was available. Friendly staff. Trials still not allowed.

COVID appropriate functioning. No problem of parking. Efficient and fast billing.

I loved the wide collection this store has to offer alongwith reasonable prices, but what i hated are the trail and return policies.The store does not permit trial and we are not even allowed to wear the clothes above our own due to covid concerns.But when u buy these clothes without trial u cant even get ur money back on return. What u get is a crediit that too only for 6 months.The store policies are all in favour of themselves, hardly are they thinking about the inconveneince it costs to customers.

Store is good but I cant get the idea behind No trials. I visited to buy few formalsBut when you are buying a new brand of formals usually u never weared then you should try for the size. You cannot trust a sales representative saying le jao aapko 38 ho jayega. Man Its not just about the size but the right fitting should be there. They can use fabric sanitizer on trial clothes If this is because of covid. I prefer to buy online now. I went there coz I was urgently in need of 3-4 formal shirts. Will visit brand factory, big bazaar or Raymond just opposite to Westside Baner where trials are allowed.

Its situated near to baner phata and opposite to sadanan hotel. Its a huge Westside showroom and collection of clothes as well home decor items are there. Its pretty big and have separate parking for Its visitors. Lots of clothing varieties from New borns to adults. Quite fashionable stuffs and also I have seen some good home decor items. Like maps, Buddha statues, and some other household items were also there like coffee mugs etc. Must visit for near by people from baner,pashan,sus,bhalewadi,wakad.

No covid protocols are followed. After telling this to manager Mr. Gaurav Lakahande he said that because this is billing area we cannot ask people to maintain social distance and to put on their masks. Very pathetic situation. Because of people like Mr. GAURAV and places like this covid is spreading.

I went first time there .I dont like the inventory set-up. Everything is closed and customer service is not also good. Only one salesgirl was professional. She treat me very well. Product quality is upto the mark. If you want to purchase cloths with cheap rate you can opt for this store.This is my opinion. Choice is yours.

Apparently they wont let u try out clothes and /or use the fitting rooms. Was running a bit of an emergency shopping errand, unfortunately couldnt buy what I was looking for. Disappointed.

Very average experience as most of the variety was unavailable in required sizes.Parking is a problem as they have a limited space. They had maintained a proper line for entering & temp check was mandatory.

Huge collection of ladies ethnic and western wear. They very up in fashion trends. You will get descent options for formals too, for both men and women. Another reason to come here are the variety of footwear. Overall the prices are affordable with reasonable prices. We have very satisfactory and enjoyable experience every time we come here.

Costly, cheap quality material, though look wise appealing sometimes.We have bought formals , t-shirts, belt, formal shoes in recent years in various occasions.The quality is just worst you can never imagine, not even better than wholesale footpath markets. For t-shirts, I had given complain for color fade while washing, and I dont think any steps has been taken for that.I stopped bothering them there after. why should I waste my time if I have plenty of good options nearby.Pantaloons brands like bare denim, Byfords etc are even more reliable.Thanks, an honest reviewer

There are lot of offers for Gold members, also you can get upto 15% off with Gold membership and can get 20% off in Birthday Month. Every Friday they added new stylish cloths.so its better visit store on every Friday to check new collection. Clothes quality is very amazing and very cool. I am very much satisfied with Westside brand. They have very good collection for youths.

Horrible customer relationship with ram bunale, at the billing counter , makes me wait for 15 mins to give me change in coins for 96 rupees . RIDICULOUS, when refused throws 100 rupee note back at me and says aapko paisa nahi dena hai.Have addressed it to the manager Manoj , hopefully he teaches him some customer relationship

They gave a good collection. Wide variety. Also rates are quiet high. Often there is sale so buying in sale is worth the money. Staff is good and co-operative. Parking is free.

The place doesnt have varieties of clothings 🙄 plus there was no discipline I saw as expected atleast in this pandemic period 😏 showing just a business and no customer care. Adding on it, I wondered when the staff didnt support to get me a TATA employee discount on my shipping when I get it at all the Westside outlets in Thane. But the staff was very unsupportive and very confused on management of Billings too.

Totally love the brand and aslo the store keeps on refilling the stalk every month. Womens cloth has more variety than mens, also home decorative articles available. Reasonable and updated store. Service is good but can be better. No issues parking here.

Nice collection of readymade garments of various brands.Quality of garments is good and the staff is very polite and quick in helping.The only thing we found missing was garmets of all size being available on the shelf. We were among the first visitors in the morning of a weekend with an impression that all the racks would be loaded with garments of all sizes and it would be easy shopping for us!Nevertheless, it was a great time with quality shopping here!

Good collection at reasonable price tags. But many times the stock runs out and you have to really struggle to find the one item that clicks if you are looking for clothing. For kids, they have good variety for girls but for boys, the designs are very plain and simple, no variety to choose from. For adults we have always struggled but we still go because we love to colors they have and occasionally we do find something that we like. Shoes collection is very good for both men and women.If you are looking for elegant home decor items, the store will not disappoint you.One star less because of the hard work we have to do for finding that one item we cant resist. In the end the hard work really pays though.They have good amount of parking space so you dont have to park your vehicle outside on the road which i think is different than any other store on entire Baner road?
