The condition of the room is worst. Iron beds are rusted. Almirah is full of cockroaches. Food service is not much bad. Water quality is very much poor.Please dont come to this PG as I have the worst 1 year experience staying here!

Worst pg! They are theif... please do not come here...Ive stayed more than 1 year here, and after when i left from here .. they dont even gave my security amount to me.. even after 1 year... and the worst part..security is zero.... anybody can come to your room.. halls will pe publicly open.. ive lost my many expensive items here.. the management is poor..

Location is good and food is good. There is security cameras in pg. For the person living in Hall has no privacy as others who are in room has to be regular access of hall

I feel this Pg was really too much good. Food quality is superb. My point of view is this Pg is the best place for staying at Pune..

Maintenance is really good and food also delicious.it is a South Indian pg with new building and they provide WiFi ,geaser,tv and gas also.

Not given much importance. Water problem is frequent and facilities are not up to date. Things are quiet old so its giving problem often.

Owner is very rude, will act friendly in the beginning . After taking the room found that switchboard was broken and water was leaking in the washroom.

Pg for boys as well as girls. With well furnished rooms ac and non ac. Facilities provided include food( breakfast and dinner), every room has a wifi, TV, 2x6 bed with mattress, almirah. A common washing machine for all with parking space for 2 wheeler.problem faced is delay in recharge of tv setup box.
