Very well trained shop people to give false hopes and tell lies to customers for return and refund of materials not required. Very nice customer service etiquette in giving sarcastic replies to customers with the good and equal backing of the owners.. Mr. Owner you are not here to please customers as per your statement however there is something called as customer satisfaction and word of mouth which I guess you yourself havent been given good training on, you definitely need one so that it can be passed on to your so well behaved workers.To sum it all worst experience ever
