Very bad experience with staff and all services.I have ordered bike in Feb-2021 first week and I have received it in March-2021 last week. When i have ordered they have committed me that you bike will be available within 10 Days while I have received it after 30 days and it is also after lots of follow up from my side. They are totally worst dealing with customers. Even I have complaint to with SUZUKI after then they give me some silly replies.When I was received my bike same day they have gave me again fake commitment that : you RTO passing(with number plat) and documentation will be provided within a week, but still after 2 months Im continuously following up with them but they have not replied any proper solution and response. After all I have west my time and money too.Please aware and dont buy any vehicle from them showroom, if you will not choose to suffer from all problems that I have faced.-----------------Worst services ever in all over ZERO=0------------------

Worst service, they commit wrong dates to you, and on a date of delivery they make excuses, people working there doesnt even know what date to commit as well, and most important they will follow up with you for payment then its your job to follow up with them for number plate/passing of vehicle/ delivery.. The employees here gets paid for making excuses everytime.... Again worst service ever I have received in this industry....

Fraud Showroom. Made biggest mistake by purchasing bike from them. Never pick up the call after selling bike, manager is very irresponsible. They have contract with fraud finance companies for loan. Like Hinduja Finance. I lost lots of money because of them, around 12k Rs. lost. Never ever trust on them.They will not give you any receipts after paying money, make excuses if you ask for. Bloody ********* 🤬🤬Service is also poor they only give priority for paid services.

In all honesty, this service centre was good previously but not anymore. It is now overcrowded with vehicles for servicing. If you go on a Saturday there are at least 25-30 2 wheelers for servicing. Which effectively means that most of the time they will do only basic oil change, servicing and checkup.Once upon a time it was quite good. Cant say the same anymore. Secondly they make you sign and pay the bill first before they hand over the keys. Which means that if you notice that something has not been done during the service, you have to run from pillar to post again. Go there but insist them to show your 2 wheeler first before you pay the bill.

I have bought a bike from this showroom. I am very happy with the service given by Kalpana maam. I am giving 2 star less only because one employee Sachin who is not at all co-operative and rude. I was disappointed with his service twice. Management needs to have look into this.

Worst service ever. They will charge you money for everything. I have done servicing for access. They cost me for every little thing. Serving cost is 400 and in it they only do washing nothing else. Also they charge you for labour cost around 200 which is generally covered in servicing at other places. I wanted to fix other things but they were charging a lot of money. Also they charge you GST on it.Please try to avoid servicing here if you want to save money and your vehicle.

Good experience , But billing area need a improvement , billing section its should be in one window, We have to fo check shop floor to take the job card, after another window for checking, then go first floor for card section. Its take more time.

Worst experience ever. I bought my Gixxer 250 sf from Automatic Suzuki. Before paying money they talked too politely and committed/promised too many things but after paying money their behaviour changed and they didnt even delivered a single commitment/promise. They also charged me falsely for lady foot rest without my consent (which was not even available with them). When I objected and approached their Manager, they refunded me my money. Would never recommend Automatic Suzuki to anyone.

Worst showroom. Worst service center.They will Charge you extra for servicing. For chain sparay they charge you 120 actually its 60 and for oil change they charge you 450 actually its 335 in all over india. When you saw their bill there will something that never used for your bike but for extra money they add the option.When I went there for first servicing they made bill of two chain spray but actually they never used two chain spray.Only one chain spray required for bike.For second servicing they made bill of two chain spray, one engine oil change,one filter oil change total around 610.But in reality only one chain spray and engine oil change used but charged extra.You can verify online on google for service charges.you will notice the difference.Money eater people.Must see the bill before payment.They have a chain of sequence to fool you. When you go there for servicing first they enter amount on their workbook suppose if you go for engine oil change they enter 450 on your workbook paper. But in actual its cost is Rs. 335.When go to the billing guy he will add additional cost by adding filter oil,chain spray.check bike tyres, scratches before you buy the bike.Please read all reviews of this showroom before you buy the bike.Most important:Almost two month for passing bike and number plate.PDI also not good.Sales person will fool you.Servicing of bike is not good.Will deliver you faulty bike.Does not keep promises.Fraud people.

These people will eat your Money. Yes thats what they are, Money minded people. Worst experience one could ever get, in the name of servicing the vehicle these papers will only wash and do oiling to the vehicle. I purchased Gixxer in 2016, and since then 6 times I had repeated complaints, which these people were never able to solve, and everytime they will suggest replace this and that, and would exploit money. Last month I had serviced my bike here, after servicing on the spot I had given my observations to service department personnel.1. Bike was not washed properly2.Chain was not lubed3.Speed sensor which they replaced with brand new was still working, only some dust was on the sensor, which they didnt clean.4.They replaced front headlight which to me initially quoted at 450 RS, but charged with 550 rs excluding labour charges.5. As per them battery was checked and was having healthy charging, horn was also ok, but after 2 weeks from service, battery is drained.6. Engine oil was changed but when asked which oil they have used, where is the bottle, and can they provide the old oil from engine, to which they never had answers. I dont feel any difference in engine performance after changing oil.Please choose different service station as these people are money sucking ones.

Insurance department is lethargic they least bother about your insurance they really feel responsible to remind you about policy expires. When they send you messages it will be too late... Its rubbish when that start argue on there mistakea.

Service is good.I had gone for AMC after 4 free service.AMC cost is reasonable.But one more thing to inform is Mirror was not fitted due to manufacturing defect and during warranty period.Now we fitted after expiry of warranty they charged for same.

I have purchased my access 125 on 1st of april 2019 with full cash payment, but later i took bike loan from dealership, now they have amount of 70,000/- extra with them, i have asked them for refund on 19th april 2019, but till the date refund is not done, when asked about the status of refund no one is ready to answer the call and no one is ready to come forward to solve my query. I really dont know if these people are going to refund my amount or not. I went to this dealership from a very close refrence, but i have got pathetic service and experience from here, i will suggest before purchasing your vehicle from here think twice, as now they are not even responding to my call.

Good staff. I had to repair my GS150Rs front disc brake. Other service centres had told me to replace the whole disc brake assembly. These guys repaired it by just adding the brake oil.

Pathetic service, i asked for change mirrors and parking bulb while making job card, i got call that bike serviced and ready. But after i went there to take bike mirrors and bulb was replaced. I asked floor manager to replace it at earliest but he is very slow even more he is trying to fit mirrors which smaller then the original. Servicing quality is also poor, from past 2 servicing I am facing issue of oil leak from front shock absorber but still today after receiving bike within 5 mins of driving oil leakage has started again.

I got my gixxer naked version from here on 10th of this month. This was after a lot of searching around and man was I impressed!The owner is quite friendly and so is the staff..Theyll help you out with any details you need.. I got my invoice, insurance within couple of days and my bikes number was imprinted on the 6th day..That was pretty fast considering another vendor in pcmc had estimated a months wait for the same.I got the naked version at 91k after 1k corporate discount and 5k paytm cashback..Overall an awesome experience! Definitely recommend..

Need to charging socket and wifi forcustomer ... which is not available in customer lounge so customer can spent their time without feeling boring. And they should alternately update there spare parts at workshop some time customer couldnt complete their bike work because lack of spare parts.. customer does not have time to come again for remaining pending particular work ..
