Great prompt service, very friendly staff. Especially I like the free air freshner they gave me every time. They just need to improve with delivery time. They also managed to dropped us at nearby convinient location after leaving car for service. Volkswagen is the best brand in terms of quality and sturdy, robost build compared to other car manufacturers, its little bit costly but believe me its totally worth as I have been using Volkswagen Polo TDI since last 5 years.Thank you.

Poor management! No parking available even in sucha big space. Had to wait for 3 hrs to get my car job card done. Apparently it was their lunch time when I arrived.Staff is friendly though

All good except the service costs. They offer tea, sitting area, the staff is humble and cooperative. Parking is never an issue. Can be spotted easily from Highway. Just like any other service station in India.

Volkswagen, the brands that stands for German Engineering. At this workshop cum showroom, I found the staff to be competent and very friendly. Every time I gave my car for servicing, its 100% satisfaction. I strongly recommend this place! Also, they have tie-up with most of the insurance providers for cashless service.

Excellent and Spacious Service Station. Best in class from Volkswagen - Das Auto. Customer Lounge, Vehicle servicing Capacity, Drivers Lounge, Internal Vehicle movement Roads, Parking,etc are all brilliant. Had a very good experience with them. Staff very much attentive with good Customer interaction. Infrastructure is also very good along with Internal Architecture.

Have done 2 services of my Ameo car here. They are very transparent and dont misguide you for replacing /repairing the parts.

Authorised service center for VW. It takes atleast about an hour for them to receive your car. Service is good and on time. Always check your car carpets before accepting delivery add 99% chances are there that they will be dirty.

I had a beautiful experience putting my car for servicing here. They attended to all my queries and helped me understand the pertaining issues with my vehicle.

Very good and professional people with high standards. In case you have bad luck; like if someone breaks something there will be denial unless you are able to convince whos fault it was.Stereo button was broken and the plastic cover of the wiper was broken on another occasion. Plastic cover was replaced but stereo button was clumsily repaired. Very sad.Servicing etc. Auto related work is very good. Sure 5 stars for that. Due to 2 bad experiences it cannot be called a innocent mistake.

Huge area for a car dealership. Overall cleanliness and feel does not inspire you enough like as you are standing in world class car maker showroom named as Volkswagen. Staff has been trained well. Still the feel doesnt come. VW really need to work hard to make a place customer should fall in love with, not just one time sale experience.

My car noise issue could not be sorted out post multiple visit. Space of service center doesnt seem enough compared to volume of cars it is handling . I am happy that Vw asks me to serve car only once a year .

Went to BU Bhandari service centre to check the condition of my Polos brakes. Was checked by the SA in 10 minutes and I was told that the brakes are good for 5k kms. Overall happy with the prompt service as I went there without an appointment.

Being only one of the two volkswagen service centers in Pune it is always crowded. Attendants are not prompt and they dont fix things, they just ask to replace some costly part for a minute problem in a component of the part and dont even guarantee if the problem will be fixed. Replacement is on trial and error basis, if o. E replacement doesnt fix the problem they will ask to replace another part. Pathetic service for such a class brand.

B.U. Bhandari in well known automotive dealer in Pune. Specially about Volkswagen B.U. Bhandari is very well equipped and dynamic sales and service centre.Sales: Sales team here very polite and professional. Demo cars available for almost all Volkswagen models available in India. Car features explained in absolutely good way and test drive are well organised. They have good contacts to financial institutions and plenty of options for available here for finance.Delivery: almost gives delivery on your choice of date. They also organise small pooja ceremony during key handover (Don’t forget to understand all car features during delivery of car from sales team).Service: Normal car service you can get it done in 1 day (don’t forget to take prior appointment). Technicians are well trained from Volkswagen academy and they know fault finding and troubleshooting very well. Spare part cost is standard across all Volkswagen dealers so no worries about part cost.

Decent service. However this is second time that I have to go twice for some small settings that were not done well or changed during servicing.

Service advisors who handle regular service are good..but the advisors involved in accident and insurance related matters seem only interested in making the most money from you!!

Appointmest system is a farce here!They cant assure if they themselves follow the same!Appointment date : 25Aug2016Car Reg : MH02 BR 395Case >>I left my car with VW Service station,Pune on 25thAug 10:20AM IST,Service station guy promised me youll get the car back tomorrow on 26thAug around 4PM IST.I was ok with it.He also told me that hell call me on 26thAug around 11AM if theres any additional work to be done!! (You cannot measure the work during desk/ramp sessions!! STRANGE and FISHY isnt it!)Anyways, Next morning I was waiting for the call, around 12noon, I called the service station executive he told me hll call back in some 15-20minutes, And never called me back..Started feeling uncomfortable, if any additional work pending is discovered, thatd take another day and will ruin my plan for next day!So called the executive around 2:30PM IST, he didnt answer..I kept calling him around 3:30PM He picks up the phone and told me thatDUE TO HIGHER incoming volume, we were not able to put the car in line and itll take another day to get it serviced!!!WTH.... If you guys cannot do your job properly, then why the heck you ask customers to book the appointments!!!!Appointments are there for a reason... This means your whole appointment procedures are farce and youll be fooled as you stand in a forever growing queue!Frustrated me, went to pick my car back.And found that the ABS warning indicator in the dashboard is lit which wasnt ever!More frustrating it is.. You didnt service my car but you impaired the ABS somehow.FISHY service station!You must have took some part off or replaced something which impaired the ABS.I wanted to talk to service station manager, HE showed up after 45 straight minutes of waiting.. (Yeah Im a customer at the end and should face it!!!!)he promised me, Sir, please give me one more chance to solve this, will return the car by tomorrow (27thAug) in any damn case!(How? was my question... Obviously by stalling others in line and making them suffer like me..)And obviously ruining all my plans ahead for the weekend.I told me, its impossible for me to ADJUST from my end..If he insists, I may come again on TUE 30thAug, and get it done on same day.(Asked him to confirm, if he can do it without stalling others in queue!)He told me that its ok sir, well manage as its our fault.. (Thank god at least he accepted the fault)Regarding ABS, he told me theyll check the same during servicing and get it done for sure.Tue 30thAug 10:30AM, when I was about to reach VW SS, SSExecutive called me up and said, Please bring your car tomorrow early morning 9:30AM.I mean WTH, its your fault not to service the car eventhough you kept it for 2 f@#@! whole days and now youre constraining customer to bring in before certain time... F@#$@ you!after 3 days, he calls me again, Why didnt you get the car SHAMELESSLY.I told him you kept breaking your promises and Im sure you cannot do it.The shameless guy hung up the phone!!!PATHETIC isnt it!Im least concerned about the servicing as I did it on my own. But more concerned about future servicing and ABS issue you put in my car!!Really not happy with the service (which was never given though) but also customer handling policy!I wont suggest anyone VW for sure!You guys can make great cars, but cant offer basic post sales service!

Bought VW polo from b. U. Bhandari (Volkswagen Pune west)The service is terrible even they dont deserve 1 star.It is like you purchase a car and throw it after 1 year because of worst service.Pros: you get loan at low interest rates like 0% to 7 %Cons: 1. worst service2. You have to take an appointment before 1 month for service3. No matter which brand it is after 1 year it become KHATARA due to poor service4 you cant service vehicles from outside because the VW vehicles are electronic and need to be checked on VW software which is available only at VW service center.OUTCOME: You purchase a good car but due to worst service it become GARBAGE.
