Very poor service. ambience is not nice

The good part is that it is centrally located and easy to access to place around. Its a good choice to stay. Recommended.

Good:Good place for a short stay. Courteous staff. Got an upgrade to executive room without asking. Good breakfast. Everything works.Bad:No amenities, so you have to step out of the hotel if you have time to kill.

Im quite impressed about the stay. The breakfast was good the room service had a fast response. About the price I can feel its quite high compared to my last 6 visits to pune I can recommend this place.

It does not even deserve 1 star rating...Staff is not co operative at all, has loads of attitude problem...Booked my booking through my companys corporate account & when reached Hotel for check-in they refused at last moment saying the corporate fare is less... At the end of that was the case the online booking should not have been permitted at the first place, atleat they should have the courtesy to respect what they have committed...cant trust this hotel

I have not stayed here.. I were there for rotary interview.. Common washroom is clean and tidy.. Reception is good, staff is very much polite... Average type of hotel you can consider as below 3 star.. Sufficient parking... Difficult to take car here the lane is very small.. It is before balagandharv chowk.. Dont forget to take left turn other wise you have take long you turn..

Room service and reception attention very poor. Room was Stinking. The room is enclosed so no way the room can get ventilated. The bathroom and toilet does have exhaust hence the complete room was stinking and no room service not even tea till 7.30. The buffet breakfast the less said its better.

Service is patheticDoor lock is not working for all the rooms as said by receptionist.Security of your valuable things are at risk as your lock key card are with all the house keeping.There are 100 of better hotel to stay nearby.

I had a day booked with my family, just for 8 hrs of time bcoz of my flight. after prior request of early check in they made us wait for 2 hrs and very unprofessional receptionist with rude answers. but I see other quest coming in are getting their rooms. my wife had to feed our son but no mercy we waited all over even after so many request. later I understand they give less interest to fab hotel quest.room was clean and food was okay.

Horrible experience. Stayed on 9th June 2018 post a conference. The interiors and upholestry is very old one. And the worst nightmare, there are termites(khatmal) everywhere, which would suck your blood like anything. The staff is casual about such an important concern. My entire night was a horrible experience. Even the food quality is not good. So grossly would recommend to avoid this hotel.

Very good hotel, and value for money. But they have to improve brakfast quality, at 1800 rupees if I invest for on day only then I need a decent breakfast, their staff are also in hurry, they dont intimate us ,just wind up all the dishes fastly, they can manage 5 to 10 minutes, as per requirement as what we manage in check in and checkout.

It was a booking for me and my wife. At the hotel reception, they asked for my Aadhar card as address proof which I was ready to give, but my wife was not carrying hers though she produced her Pan Card instead which did bear my name also. They kept insisting that my wifes Aadhar card is required. Ultimately we shifted to Hotel Shree Panchatantra where we generally stay whenever we are in Pune and even when I tour Pune, for the last 5-6 years. Panchatantra is no doubt a far better and costly facility, but they are far better in terms of hospitality also and they immediately accomodated us on a single call. Wont ever go back to Fab hotel or recommend the way they exhibited undue adamancy, even after they knew that we had come down all the way from Mumbai. Poor show.

“Bed bugs + AC Problems” - Issue 1: Upon arrival in the afternoon and was first met with - we need you to pay by cash now, follow me to the ATM. From a person traveling since 7am I expected a bit more courtesy. Problem 1: The first room - the AC was not working - so they put me in a new room (without the help of moving my luggage). In the new room - it was filthy. The bathroom was disgusting and the walls of the room were dirty. Also - I was bitten by bed bugs.

And the person who is sitting at the registration is so rude.. He doesnt even Talk properly Mr. Mahesh on the desk abuses and talks really rudely...A suggestion and a advise to never visit this place coz the staff is super rude.. Mr Mahesh should never get a job anywhere

Dont understand why FabHotel call centre does not give landline number of the hotel without booking confirmation. I wanted to speak with the hotel before airport pick-up of the guests booked there. I did not have booking details and inspite of many requests the call centre person did not give me the hotel number. Whats the big deal in keeping the hotel numbers confidential. Most unhelpful. I had to lookup other internet resources to get the number.

Stayed for a hotel, horrible room. At night unable to sleep because of bed bugs And foul smell from chemical which they sprayed to get rid of bed bugs.Staff was not friendly. You have to ask for towel, drinking water and other basic amenities. I stayed in 306.Won’t recommend to anyone.
