Its an excellent place the ambiance was awesome. The staff was very friendly and attentive and responded very well. The food served was very fresh, and flavours of food was excellent, the salad served was very fresh and could feel the crisp in salads. The variety in buffet was less compared to other but everything was perfect, there was a wide range of desserts. The desserts were amazing and very good. I would recommend everyone to visit this place. Would really love to visit this place again.

I had been here with my family for their Christmas Brunch!My kid enjoyed his time with Santa and on the Sledge!They had Christmas themed desserts.They had an offer which was Come 5 Pay for 4.Brunch per person cost Rs. 1000Staff was very pleasant and attentive.Ambiance is Uber cool, sets you in a relaxing mood.The restaurant has a very large area, so, even though all the tables are occupied, it doesnt look like the place is crowded. Theres enough space for people to move around comfortably!

Enjoyed Buffet Lunch on a weekday here. Do not expect much variety in the main course. Though the appetizers are having many options from chats to sea food. The staff is good and they serve the food in no time. :)

I have recently visited this hotel which is a part of the Radisson Blu hotel chain. I was there for the breakfast buffet which I had to try since long time. Situated in Hinjewadis heart, near cognizant amongst the spectrum of the IT industry.Now coming to the food, which was undoubtedly the best breakfast Ive had till now.The hospitality left me awestruck as the staff is very welcoming and polite.Firstly there was Indian section consisting all the possible breakfast items including idly, sambar, different types of chutneys, vada, usal, different paranthas etc.Now the English breakfast section included different type of assorted breads, viz white, brown, multi grain, twisted etc. Along with choice of spreads like butter, jam, and various spreads.The non veg section included boiled eggs, grilled sausages as well as a live station serving piping hot omelettes as per the persons request.Slice cakes, chocolate and blueberry muffins, noodles etc.The other live sections included dosas, uttappams, pancakes, waffles and different paranthas as per choice.Apart from this there was also a healthy section having sprouts, different infused waters, assorted cut fruits, assorted nuts.Drinks included rose milkshake, mixed fruit juice, buttermilk, lassi, jaljeera.And to end this scrumptious breakfast have a first of caffeine as per your choice, tea or a mighty cup of cappuccino.

Had been to here for a team lunch party(buffet). Place is with amazing ambience. Especially designed for parties having 20+ people. Food was ok. Starters were only of chicken that too were not hot. Main course was having variety of items from noodles to rice to pulao. Fish curry was good in main course. Desert section was good. From beet root halwa to ice creams and cakes and barfis. Overall it was ok experience here.

The ambience of the place is really very good. You wont find enough starters and main course but everything there is really awesome. Especially the deserts are yummy

We had been here for team lunch. Wasnt quite satisfied with the food. Had come with huge expectations considering the brand name and reputation of the hotel. There wasnt much variety and even though they said that starters would be served on table, they were reluctant when we reached there. Wasnt expecting that kind of service. For the food the place is quite overpriced.

Staying in the hotel for business. Have had excellent service for all the meals I’ve eaten in Cafe Blu. The widely varied selection and the quality of the food offered is second to none. Breakfast has your choice of many Indian favorites and also selection more in keeping with western tastes. Dinner also has quite the spread. The dessert options will not disappoint. Keep up the excellent work!

This is a review based on my experience about a Cake Mixing Ceremony & High Tea here at this place.Cake Mixing is basically where you and all your friends come together for Cake Mixing where you have to mix elaborate ingredients and wait till the mixture is ready so that you can bake awesome cakes for the Christmas season with them. Its a fun and unique experience.The management and staff here is really good & we were welcomed with nice a glass of Sangria too. Coming to the High Tea there were live counters of Pasta and also there were grills. The High Tea had a assortments like Sushi , Waffles & Chicken, Salmon on bread and Cheese on bread and also various kinds of desserts!It was a good experience overall!

Food was good, best part was we used Dineout Gourmet Passport which reduced the coat to 50%

I was here for the lunch buffet with friends from my office. Cafe Blu is a pretty nice place to dine at. It was cosy and comfortable. The food was nicely laid out. The spread, however, wasnt as vivid. The quality of food was good and so was the taste. But it wasnt as uniform as one would expect it to be as a few things on the menu were great and then the rest, not so great. The dessert section especially was a bit disappointing as only a handful of them were good. Nonetheless, what I liked was the quality of the food and it not being too oily or too spicy at once.

I will keep it short. After visiting this restaurant on 25 Dec on Christmas Brunch, I am not just a customer, but I became a fan of this restaurant. I can say it without doubt, that this may be the best restaurant in the area, which gives so much variety and that too with a style. All the varieties like north Indian, Chinese, Mexican and Thai are very well here. If you love taste, this is the best place you can find. The ambiance is great and service is quick. The staff is humble and helps you to decide the dishes. Please dont miss great deserts after lunch/dinner. They have a simple formula .... they give us Fresh and Hot Tasty food. As simple as that.Highly recommended!

We had a nice lunch buffet at cafe Blu!!! It has a nice spread, lots of salads and desserts!!! Loved their hummus 😋......What we really liked about the place was that it had good flavorful food( by flavorful I mean that they used flavors of ingredients nicely rather that using spice and oil to kill the taste buds!!!!)

Arguably one of the best restaurants in town. The buffets are amazing and for a change even the deserts in the buffet are really tasty!!Also the ambiance is amazing and the staff are really courteous and helpful.11/10 would recommend.

The food is ok. The dinner buffet had 2 veg and 2 nonveg items. Nothing to write much about. Some salads and a soup. The main course was also fairly limited in choices. Chicken gravy was too bland. The desserts were good. Did not try their chat or pasta counters. The staff was friendly. This was a team dinner and we were not disturbed too many times (hence 4 stars, else for food it is barely 3 stars).

Worst experience.. The starter served initially taste good but when repeated it was not having taste. There was only one guy who was serving, clearing table and doing the bill as well. Most of the items served was not even warm.

They say its brunch but there are absolutely NO BREAKFAST ITEMS. They write with unlimited softdrinks but those were no where to be seen. The desserts were great and love music was okay, but overall really disappointing experience

I visited Cafe Blu in Jan-20 and was pretty disappointed with the food and available option of drinks. Chicken wings were not crunchy, but soggy and undercooked. Most of the starters missed flavor. I ordered a couple of d inks from the menu, but they were not available. The staff was nice, which is why I give it an extra star.

Not also cold food served but less variety too. I mean who serves just 1 starter in a buffet... Only good thing was a dessert section. Delicious desserts.

We were here for Sunday brunch on womens day 2020....no variety at all....food was not good...To non- veg lovers, its a big disappointment....service was really slow.... even ice-cream counter was empty....I asked one of the staff regarding it, then he went inside and then he started to setup ice-cream counter....will not recommend!

For foodies, this place provides all variety of food. I had a good experience over there.you will get variety of vej and non vej dishes. Hotel ambience is also very good. The staff over there is very helpfull. I have one concern regarding two wheeler parking as it is very small. When I went there the parking was almost full and no was there to help me. Beside that everything was good.

We went to Cafe Blu for a lunch buffet to celebrate birthday of my husband.We were unaware regarding the time factor.We had reached at 2 PM.The service was quick and the starter was served on the table.The starter was ok in taste,not that great.We were busy enjoying the food and then the restaurant people came around 2:30 PM asking us to start taking the main course and dessert quickly as they were going to close the counters at 3 PM.We asked them to be little considerate and told we would complete the food by 3:30 PM and asked them to hold on the counters for some more time as we have a small baby but that didnt matter.Else they could have atleast told us beforehand that the buffet would be till 3 PM,we would have happily moved on to a different place.We had no option but to take the food in a plate and eat those after finishing the starter and salad section.All that we got to eat was cold.We were totally dissatisfied.We would never visit there again.

We had planned to go to Cafe Blu inside the Radisson hotel for a birthday treat for a friend. We expected the hotel food to be top notch even though the selections were less. We were completely dissapointed. Usually, during a buffet at any place, there is usually a server checking up on the plates and helps with anything we need. Being the professional I thought them to be, expected the server to atleast refill the bottle with water. I have had Radisson food in Dubai and the standards were way higher than what they serve here. Half rotten food, cold and hard food and worst of all no customer service. But we atleast had a nice time roasting the food there and how spending money there was a waste.Tldr; Food is bad. Service is bad. Just overall very dissapointed with how much we payed to get a service so abysmal.

Well I really liked cafe Blu and was thinking to visit this since a very long time.food they offer here are really exquisite and tasty they have huge variety of food to offer from continental to chinnese to various desserts.Then they have a live jalebi counter, momo counter, noodles counterand chat counter.The noodles were amazing. Then the rabdi jalebi counter.. taste very yummy... Its sweet, its crispy and that creamy rabdi itseven better.. Then the main course.. They have various dishes available and they all tasted very exquisite and delicious and the dessery very truly worthit.In my honest opinion I would definetly suggest you guys to visit this beautiful place to experience good ambience along with tasty food.

What would be a better start to 2020s first Sunday other than Sunday brunch at Cafe Blu, by radisadisson Blu Hinjewadi 😍. With a blend for taste and cusine, they have a pleasant ambience with indoors + outdoor sitting. Coming to the food, they have a ton of options. Staring from soups, we had hot and sour soup, it was nice. For starters, they have around 20+ options include veg and non veg, which includes sandwich, salads, indian starters etc. And how can i forget there love counters for pani puri, pastas and green salads. Coming to the mains, we have every type of Indian bread, and 10+ options for mains. But how can we leave the desserts, desserts were fabulous. With around 15+ options for desserts, it made me a perfect Sunday 😍.Thank you trivium pr for giving me this chance.I would also like to thank Alyaa for the amazing hospitality. It was a fantastic experience.

Avoid this place if you are going for buffet. First off no drinks in buffet. Very limited starters. Buffet menu was also limited items like 3 star hotel. Worst part was service. Nobody was interested in serving the buffet customers than Ala carte ones. We were not given snacks as that was not ready when we visited even after reservation.not the best in buffet however taste was good. Taj Gateway or Marriott buffets are much better.

Well I really like cafe Blu since a long time.. As the food they offer here are really flavourful.. The salad section is extraordinary with bite size portions so that we can taste maximum things they have to offer. Then they have a live jalebi counter, momo counter and chat counter.. The momos were amazing the wrap was not thick and the filling was really flavourful.. Then the chat, its proper Delhi ke chat, they havent shy on the species aur the flavours.. Then the rabdi jalebi counter.. Well who doesnt love that.. Its sweet, its crispy and that creamy rabdi its even better.. Then the main cource.. They have a huge spread from itallan to French.. They have so much to offer and the taste is extremely good.. Then the dessert part.. Well I was hypnotised by the amazing arrey of dessert.. I would love to visit again.. And totally recommend this place.

We visited Cafe Blu multi cuisine restaurant for lunch and dinner it was a lovely experience. Cafe has beautiful ambience and very tasty cuisine. We tried couple of options Mutton Bhuna, Stuffed Onion Kulcha, Mutton Kebabs, Wok tossed chicken, Singapore style chef special chicken and last but not least dessert Tiramisu and Pana coatta with fresh cut fruits.Chef - Mr. Mondal / Mr. Amit , Server - Mr. Shubhankar gave us excellent suggestion and service. It was a great experience visiting Cafe Blu.Buffet is also served for lunch and dinner one can relish wide spread, Breakfast also has wide spread variety to fill your belly.Dietary preferences are taken care off.Radisson Blu is a excellent property featuring Multi Cuisine restaurant, Roof Top bar, Swimming pool, Spa, ample parking space is available. It’s a perfect weekend gate away with family, friends and couples.

Great place for lunch meeting, food is great, waiters are professional and a silent ambience.For buffet, food tastes good but options are not as many as other outlet provide.For vegetarians-I got 2 starters,6 different salads apart from the individual cut veggies1 soup,Pani puri, dahi puri, papdi chat,Beverages can be purchased.In main course they had 4 vegitable, 4 options of bread, steam rice and biryani.Be cautious what you ask for from the waiters, it might get added to your bill as a separate item not included in the buffet menu.

They turned off the air conditioning when we were still eating our lunch. It’s a terrible practice. Either shut the restaurant after a certain hour or inform customers that they will be extremely uncomfortable in the middle of their meal. The only explanation given, “it shuts down centrally.” It’s absurd that a place that charges as much as Cafe Blu doesn’t have air conditioning after 3:00PM. Never eating here again.

Had another memorable experience at Café Blu Hinjawadi. Delicious food and outstanding services. Enjoyed the Sunday Brunch with live Music. Food is given a special touch by Chef Shubhash and his team. A must visit for those who have not yet explored the Café Blu. Live counter were amazing and huge variety of deserts. Kadhai Paneer is a must try and Chinese Chicken starters were class apart in taste. Will visit again to explore more food items and experience.

We were group of 15 and didnt enjoyed the buffet. Only 2 types of staters served and chicken tikka was not hot. Second one, the fish starter was good. Main course was worst. Desserts were bad. Salad was ok. Wont recommend this place
