I visited the centre for MRI and I am very happy with my experience at Star Imaging Bund Garden rd. The centre is very well maintained and the staff behaved very patiently and compassionately with me. Specifically I would like to thank Mr. Ravi for facilitating my appointment and ensuring that I have my reports on the very same day afternoon. Excellent service, very professional and friendly staff. Waiting time was not much, the scans were done within the indicated time and the reports sent quite quickly over email. The facility is also maintained neat, clean and hygienic as per the Covid protocol. Highly recommended.

STAR IMAGING must be in the forefront of providing quality Diagnostic services in Pune. However, they dont respect Armed Forces (AF) personnel as borne out by my experience at 3.15 pm on 10 August 2021.Id gone there specifically as I was told that they give 20% concession to AF personnel and the notice at the Reception did say that too. I had to get a couple of Ultrasounds & a Fibroscan done However,they denied that they offer any such concession/discount despite the notice saying so. They must be doing the same to other defence personnel also. Felt let down and thoroughly disappointed at the treatment meted out... Left with my head & dignity held high....That they cant take away...

Staff were good however was dissapointed when it came to paper work where the DOB mentioned on the reports given were incorrect, I had clearly mentioned the DOB of the patient on the form which was given to fill. This is so important for us, I visited the place again yesterday and asked for a soft copy and I am still waiting.

Very responsive, caring and accuracy oriented center.. As a patient we have always had a quick hassle free visit and always found charges to be reasonable. Dr. Ashish and Team are also always available in hour of emergency and accommodate emergency cases seamlessly in their already waiting queue. Neither have other waiting patients complained nor have been made to wait long. Doctor was extremely satisfied with the study conducted by them and mentioned to us that this is be of top notch facilities in Pune.

Star imaging is a very professional establishment and is run efficiently, there is no doubt about their professionalism & expertise in all most all areas although some staffers are better than others. I was greeted cordially and explained everything about the test I wanted to get done during my visit.

My kid was afraid of mri but the team did their best to calm him down and guess what 5 year boy completed 2 mri’s each of around 25 mins by his own without sedation. Star Imaging Diagnostic centre at Canaught Palace is where I went for my routine breast cancer check up after surgery and being the first time I was thoroughly satisfied with Dr Aparna Atre, Sneha who was very patient and understanding while doing the mammogram,The receptionist and all The team working there were extremely polite and so was the marketing gentleman Ravi.Unlike the private hospitals I found ever one more caring and adept in their duties.This place was recommended to me by my family Dr Nikhil Shahani from Health Plus Wilcare Medical Pune.Will definitely go back each year and would recommend all who are reading this review to at least try this place out for yourselves if need be.Emaculately clean, social distancing, masks and all covid protocols adhered to emaculately!My sincere thanks and gratitude to all the team, wishing them good luck and all success always!God Bless them!

Star Imaging Center is one stop solution for all your MRI and other scan needs. They have the best of the machines. Their service is very efficient and value for money.I say this with experience as other places were giving me and my mother hard time with no proper results and excessive lead time draining our energy for a simple shoulder’s MRI. Their machines were claustrophobic and producing reports with breathing artifacts.However, here in Star imaging, the machines are spacious with entertainment feature to mitigate any nervousness when inside and we were so relieved once we found that the reports came without breathing artifacts.I recommend Star Imaging to all! :)

Had an amazing experience . The entire staff was friendly and approaching. The 3T MRI scan is itself a state of art machine . During the scan , they a video songs of my choice which was very soothing and very comfortable , and the environment was also very user-friendly. I was very comfortable .I highly recommend the star imaging center bundgarden for the MRI scan .Very happy , satisfied and highly recommended .

Everything is good but time management is the worst. I had this experience twice. Even if you take proper appointment you still have to wait for one and a half to two hours. Please improve this so that the patient does not suffer. If there are more patients then you can give them different timing.

I waited 3 hours before the mri ct scan. People were efficient but not in the heart. Technologically proficient, but perhaps wrapped up in their tech-ness so much, the customer was not regarded first. Such is a result of their professional training. It turned out I did not need the tests (9600) as results agreed with the ct scan taken at KEM.Anyway, good luck to all of you.
