Very unprofessional way of dealing with customers.First they promised me that I could get desired units, then they call me and give four options to choose in VTP Sierra. After that they promised refund of token amount within 15 days from request, and its been 43 days and token hasnt been refunded yet.Dont go for them, they arent transparent.

Absolute zero grade CRM team. Please think twice before investing your hard earned money with VTP. Customers inconvenience/concerns doesn’t matter to them. All that matters to VTP is money! You should only consider to buy house with VTP if you are ready to be dominated by them in every aspect! They will not address single of your concern but will just give standard response - “it’s not possible”They are master in taking customers for granted!Lack of professionalism! Lack of commitments!!Very good in playing with words!
