In the middle of all the Corona pandemic situation, I had decided to buy one of my dream machines- my new RE Interceptor 650 Ravishing Red.After checking with many other RE showrooms in Pune, I unexpectedly came across this amazing showroom.During my very first call with the showroom, I was introduced with Mr. Rahul Bhor who is working here as a Sales Manager who I feel is not just amazing at Sales and Customer management but is also one of the great human beings I have come across. His very positive and customer-centric attitude is one of the many great things I liked him for, but what truly impressed me is his unconditional commitment to his work to ensure not just customer satisfaction, but beyond it, this guy aims for “Customer Delight”. Rahul was diligently helping me out with all my queries and was ensuring that the entire process starting from the booking until the delivery is a smooth experience for me, all this while his grandmother was hospitalised. What a gem ! This man truly deserves a raise and a pat on his back from his superiors.My wife and I are recently blessed with a beautiful baby girl and we wanted to ensure that, we get the bike delivery on 12th July to celebrate her 1st month of making our lives complete. When we explained our plans, the owner of this the wonderful showroom , Mr. Sagar Balwadkar came here for our rescue. Not only he led his team to expedite the entire process, but also ensured that, he was with us at every step of this experience including making our payment process so easy.I’d like to thank Mr. Akshay Datkhile for being so kind and an extraordinary individual to ensure the home delivery of my bike covering 95+ kms from the showroom and delivering the bike in a timely manner. This seems to be an impossible ask even during normal times, but then there are heroes like Akshay who ensure this goes very well.Last but definitely, not the least, an individual who went above and beyond in attitude, knowledge and customer service is RE Area Sales Manager - Mr. Jeeva Moorthy. Jeeva in my honest opinion, is a man with an unrelenting desire to be the best he can be. He is an ultimate professional who’d go the extra mile for their customers, company and team. I would like to thank Jeeva for exceeding my expectations as a customer. Jeeva not only cleared all my doubts I had about the bike with his extraordinary knowledge about the products he is dealing with but he has also played one of the most important roles of being a perfect facilitator for me and for Kings Royal Riders. It was truly a commendable performance. I know these things do not happen without a great deal of effort. and I want him to know how much we appreciate his hard work.Keep up the good work.
