Hotel is good but being removed (dec 2020) so some items are missing . Like soap box in washroom.

The hotel was ok.I like the front desk staff.Room was good but didnt like the washroom at all.The shower curtain had black spots like fungus.The exhaust fan was very loud when turned onn and stopped working on day 2.There was a 1 page menu in the room for room service but 50% of them were not available for the 3 days i stayed there.First night had ordered Fried Rice with Ginger Chicken and it was ok ok.2nd day ordered American Chop Suey it was tasting really funny and could not finish it. Left 60% of it and told the waiter to take it as its not tasting good.And the next entire day i was in the room only running from bed to the washroom.Had a very very very bad stomach after the 2nd day dinner in the hotel.3rd afternoon and dinner skipped, just had toast.Staff helped me in getting the meds was very thankful to them.I am giving 3 stars only because of the staff else it would have been 2

Kohinoor Executive has been around for at least two decades, even before Pune became a bustling metro. It was designed by a prominent architecture firm and the design stays truthful to making it timeless. It is still a preferred location to stay, to eat, and probably shall do so in the future too. While newer hotels have come up, this still retains its charm.

Awesome place for food n stay. We visited for a workshop for 2 days. The rooms were nice and of most food was just out standing. The umlimited buffet was very good with lots of option. A visit is a must if you are a foodie.

This hotel location is good but it needs lot of improvisation as per need of hour. Staff seems to be good but I feel this hotel is victim of negligence of its owner. After staying at Ramee Grand within same budget , I am regretting.

Amazing place to stay at a relatively reasonable price. I stayed in a Superior Deluxe Room. This room has ample space for a family. With all basic amenities available and an ambience of contemporary luxury, the stay at this place is worth every penny. A complementary breakfast with a good amount of options is also a boon. A slight disappointment though is that, for Lunch and Dinner, only North Indian and Chinese cuisines are available and with quite limited options. The service though is good. Definitely recommended!!

Good place to stay. Management needs to pull up its socks and look at maintenance of the building. One can discern lack of interest. Staff do their best to look after needs of guests. I will go again only because of the staff.

Went for a part of one of my colleagues....food was below average and way too costly...

The rooms are comfortable enough, though not very well maintained (the mini fridge was leaking and later it had a short circuit!). The tub in the washroom didnt look clean enough. The room service was pretty slow (for the requests made to the reception, room service, and housekeeping). The waiting staff in their restaurant during the breakfast buffet, always seem in a rush to listen even when hardly any tables were full! Breakfast was good though, and the sitting at the restaurant was also comfortable. Overall, 3 stars for the comfort and 0 for the service.

Good variety in breakfast buffet. But service needs Improvement. Had asked for toast butter and waiter said pls be seated I will bring to your table. Had to leave without eating as he didnt turn up even after waiting for ten minutes 🤔

Worst place ever.....me and my colleague came and stayed here for 2 nights.....our cash got stolen from our room and even our complain was taken casually by the manager who was at reception..... dont ever consider this place if you want your belongings to be safe....

No service person came till I was there i call 4 to 5 times but no response . restaurant was there when I asked for food an drink they said after 7.30pmAgain I called 8 pm they said restaurant is closed party is going on so ordered food from macd .They should nit take booking if they have enough manpower to serve their customers .Totally waste of money better to choose nearby hotels. Recently we reserved a room for a guest and the guest found that there were bed bugs... He left the place in middle of the night and the staff did nothing to accommodate him to a good room.

If I could give 0 stars I wouldVery incompetent staff. They dont honor reservations. We made reservations for executive room, and at check in the staff said that we have written down in the letter that you need deluxe rooms. The hotel rooms are very shabby too. Strong smell of cigarette smoke. They dont have designated non smoking rooms. When someone asks for a non smoking room the staff admitted that they just keep the windows open for a few minutes to get rid of the odour.There are far better options on Apte road, a minute or two from Kohinoor.

Old property located in the heart of deccan.Though old its well maintained and serves good food.Ample parking available and airport, station cab all nearby. Especially good for parents coming for admission for their ward in Pune. Rates are very comfortable. Recently renovated banquet hall is really v good. Overall. Best thing for budget.Enjoy your stay

I have seen detailed review of many other travellers and some of them are not happy with this hotels outdated amenities, but, somehow I like the old charm of this hotel and ofcourse its heart of the locations. The staff is very supportive and rooms are specious. I found this facility neat and clean that includestowels, beds etc. The served breakfast lots of options to choose from, but yes we had to inform the staff to prepare certain items. I would definately recommend this hotel to others.
