Complete luxury experience!We had gifted 1 day post wedding stay to my brother in law.The experience and review shared by him was very positive!As a special treatment they got their wedding cake and room was also decorated.....which was surprise as we had not requested it!Food also very good.Overall very pleasant experience.

Felt as if l had entered a world of Disney, by glancing at the huge Chandelier which is hung up in the lobby right at the entrance.I had dinner with Top Management members in the three kitchens. The interior is enchanting, food is flavoursome and the staff is attentive and helpful.

Its a 6 star expirience actually.. They will set new benchmark for services and expirience during your stay.. Check in was the smoothest experience compared to any 5 star possible.. Fooding expirience was masterchef level.. You will see that in things as simple as the spread of salads to pizzas to tandoori.. Vegetarians will not be disappointed at all.. Only if they could keep non vegetarian food totally separate in all the areas it would be really appreciated from vegans, jains and vegetarians.. Covid protocols are maintained nicely.. We have visit here on anniversary.Stayed at suite room.Everything was nice and they even offers pick drop service with benz.But i took out 1 star because while were in bath, they opened the door and came inside of the room.It was so embarrassing moment.Until then, it was perfect staycation.

First experience with Ritz Carlton resturant, we normally prefer JW Marriott.Comparing to JW, buffet at Ritz is quite vast with three different seating areas all having their own cuisine, Aisan, Indian and continental. There is also separate area for salads and other healthy stuff.Good staff and decent service. Leaving a 20 min delay and 3 reminder for bread basket, rest everything was good.Found a good alternative for team events.

Tried a lunch at their Western Kitchen THREE KITCHENS RESTAURANT. Paneer starter, gulab jamun, garlic bread was great. Cream of mushroom soup can be improved. Also tried Cappuccino at THE RITZ-CARLTON TEA LOUNGE and coffee blend can be improved. Service is excellent, thank you Ayan Chowdhury.

Well had been to organise a party for a friend and it Went Pretty well.Parking: the Valet Mr. Sanjay is the man here .awesome hospitality.Ambience: left me Spell bound . What gigantic height with granite clad walls. Illuminated Chandeliers. More of a Modern Chalet world. Hats off the the Owners.In 3 Kitchens :the lounge facing the water body is the place to sit n very serene feeling in the rains and winter.Food : the Crispy lotus stem and aloo tikki cant be missed. Rest is okay not much to rave about .we didnt have desserts so cant really talk about it.Service : is kinda slow , the servers just appear and dissappear, like a ginnie , am kidding ;) , before you sit please request the server to be around , its too spread out with corners and niches giving full privacy if you need it ;). No wonder the servers are not in sight.Drinks : this really needs attention .they are too slow to serve you drinks and not well prepared if you having cocktails .Bottled drinks that get served has a process in 5 stars else Why you and me would come here.Overall the management needs to pull up their socks if they wish to be the BEST.Overall EK VISIT toh Banta hai.

Recommend dishes Crisp Shitake Salad, Prawn tempura, Matchamisu for desert and nama chocolate 🍫 if you are a fan of dark chocolate. Yakuza 🍸for a drink (mafia drink).We had such a good time that my kids did not want to leave.

Location - Airport Road, Near Pune Golf Course. Posh locality with abundant nearby restaurants & night clubs.Parking - Valet Parking Available. The staff is very attentive. Even during rush hours where is see most valets struggle - the staff here were on there toes & made sure we didnt have to wait for our car.Welcome - We were greeted well by the staff & they provided us with early check in. Special thanks to siddhi. The hotel lobby is very beautiful done. Reminds of colonial architecture which wood decor & big chandeliers.Rooms- We booked the golf view room. The room is very well done minus the wallpapers, I am not a fan of them. The room size is huge & the bed is super comfy - one of the best i have experienced. We get pillow choices as well - thats a big plus.The bathroom is big & the fixtures are wonderful. We loved the rainfall shower 🚿.Restaurant- We dined at 3 of their restaurants.Three Kitchens - Amazing spread, best service. The breakfast served here is amongst the best we have had in a 5 star hotel. We were very well taken care of by Mr.Pushpendu Sain. He made sure that we had a wonderful time.Special thanks to diana as well. I could see her helping all guests in the restaurant, specially elderly.Aasmana- The roof top lounge was the highlight of our stay here. Special thanks to Brace our server, for assisting us during dinner.House Keeping - The staff was excellent. They cleaned our rooms multiple times a day & made sure we dont run out of supplies. They decorated our room with balloons & a cake which was really special.Overall - Yes, we didnt wanna leave this beautiful hotel. After being on lockdown for so long it was great to know that one place in Pune was offering Safecation Staycations. Service was amazing. From Agrim dealing with our booking and pandemic visa issues, to everyone at checkin. Dinner was a 5 course set menu with great selections. After a personal visit from Chef de Cuisine Shivek we were able to order meals with 3 very different food requirements. The food was fantastic. Thank you. Delivered to our room with all health and safety precautions taken. After a great nights sleep we were able to venture down to Three Kitchens for breakfast made specifically to our wishes. The few customers were well separated, PPEs and masks evident on all staff. II had the best Eggs Benedict I have had in 5 years in India and the french toast was delicious. Thank you to Agrim and Shivek who took amazing care of us, also to all the staff members who were attentive and professional throughout. Looking forward to coming back to try out the restaurants when full restrictions are lifted.

Food menu meets all palates (would be shock if it didnt). Suitable for out of town travellers.

It was my twins’ 8th birthday and due to Covid-19 crisis with all restaurants shut for dine in, I was not sure where to celebrate their special day. Fortunately I received a msg from Ritz about their package of check in and dining in one of their restaurants.Wayne helped me plan my kids’ event at Ritz and I was really impressed seeing each n every detail they have considered for infection control. There are strict protocols on maintaining the hygiene with contactless check ins, sanitization at different points and every person maintaining social distancing wearing face shields and gloves. I couldn’t feel more safe.We had a warm and friendly welcome by Harry, Ajay and Rishav where they had put few balloons on the floor and few of our kids’ pictures to enhance the birthday vibes. We had an amazing culinary experience where the food was exquisite. I loved the apple toddy mocktail made by Karan, the avocado roll, dry chicken chilly, veg manchurian in appetizers made by Chef Ganesh. We had given specific instructions to prepare the food to be medium spicy and that instruction was followed to the T. Thanks to Chef Hitesh and Chef Bhushan for that.The main course was equally good with perfectly done roganjosh, butter chicken, dal makhni and palak paneer with assorted breads.Amongst desserts, my fav was tiramisu and my family loved jalebi with Rabdi and chilled saffron rasmalai. All dishes came in time and the service was exceptional.A birthday cake was arranged by Ritz team and we felt highly cared for. I thank each and every member who made our evening so beautiful.I highly recommend Ritz Carlton to people who wants to have a wonderful time with delightful culinary experience and make memories with their loved ones.

Enjoyed a lovely Hi Tea here at the Tea Lounge and it an amazing experience. The food was great and we were also taken good care of. The ambience and the vibe of the place is beautiful.

Aasmana is amezing. Located on top floor of the Ritz, one of best is a roof top restaurant and bar with elegance, style and great food. The outdoor section is lively offering a great greenery view all the way until pune airport.The cocktails are superbly prepared and the food is masterful in flavor. And in true Ritz style, the service is impeccable...love this place...
