They promise to pay but keep delaying and then refuse to pay you after Two to three years .The company is mismanaged and totally unprofessional. Please get your dues cleared before leaving ... Dont Join if possible. Mr Prakash Sharma does not even bother to reply to Mails requesting outstanding dues to be cleared

Just attended Interview in this Company as I was fresher the interview where less on software skills and more on basics on Structural Design parameters.. I would suggest for freshers before attending interview be well prepared therotically as well as have good command on Autocad, Staad Pro and Revit Structure. It was good experience and learnt lot of things from this interview... Interview was not that good in my favor but experience where all what I got in this company.......Best luck for all freshers to built your carrer in this organization...
