It’s not a gas pipeline the store the cylinders and supply gas. And the charge randomly without proper meter reading. Many time you will fine no gas because they did not refill it wait for them to refill. It’s cheaper to go with normal lpg gas cylinder. 0 star out of 5 and the they send rude engineers to your house.
It is one of the pathetic service provider ever I have seen so far.. No customer support, Arrogant behavior, Irresponsible entire team..Dont ever try to engage with such stupid company..
I dont advice this contractor for work , its a company of unprofessional , they dont give payment to the vendor , in one work company with no work ethics

The govt increased the price of LPG by 10% but they found the opportunity and increased it by 100%. If i previously got bill of 500 now i get it 1200. Also, they will cut the line of entire society if some members have not paid. Never seen such unprofessional company. They cut the gas of entire society when lock down was implemented.
Worst service. I paid bill online and kept reference number as a proof still they used to add the same amount and collect it on door. I haven’t got the receipt of payment done whether it’s online or in hand. After 4 months I removed the connection and still they are showing same amount of paid bill as unpaid bill and adding 50 rs each month as late charge.When I asked staff to update that bill and clear it. He still keeps asking for same amount totally ignoring what I am saying.Go for authorised and well known gas company

Very bad service. Rude staff. Overcharged. Inconsistent charge per gas. For some month they charge 45 rupees per kg and very next month they charge 60 rupees per kg. No clarity on how much kg consumed per unit volume. Nowhere in their website or authorized by govt. Going for GreenTech is waste of money. Rather go for LPG cylinder.
During the lockdown I stuck in home town and they are charging me 500 rs bill for each month.I mailed them but they treated me like naive.
Didnt response to 10 emails and reminders sent so far in last 3 months for change of email address.
I have lost approximately 10000 rupees.I was staying in Mumbai and my family in Chinchwad.I use to pay online and this people use to collect cash from home and they dont give you any receipt so double payment was collected. Completely unorganized and unprofessional.One month I found out this.The collector can check in the app if I have paid online and did not updated the cash entry. Online entry are only updated as there is no personal intervention possible.We were equally wrong I agree, but when I raised the concern and went to head office. I came to know from there behavior that this has happened to many people.They said I should not pay cash and its written on the bill as well.I was in shock. Although knowing that i have paid double but I didnt had any cash receipt thanks to the unorganized way they operate.Updating false reading is also true.I feel helpless and dont know where to ask for help.Worst services, dont go for it.
Great experience working with Greentech Engineers
They just overcharged. I was out of station for couple of days instead of taking actual reading they repeated previous month reading. On asking they difference in actual reading and calculated reading their answer was per unit charges have increased. How it happened when per unit in December was ₹45 and next month its ₹90. Their site shows only bill no unit consume. Their staff is unprofessional all they will say you have a problem so pay the bill .
