I bought Polk audio system from them. They simply lie about the fresh stock and delivered the demo piece. Didnt get good after sales service . The installation guy was a novice. Took him 2 hrs to put 4 holes on the wall that too after my assistance. Poor experienceTheres a bizarre sound coming from the rear speakers but dont know what to do now as I dont see the seller going to help in any way.Giving one extra star for their ease of business.

Dont give anything here for repair. I gave my Blaupunkt subwoofer here because it wasnt turning on. I was charged Rs. 800 as an inspection charge which they said would be adjusted against my final bill and they would call to tell me the estimate. I didnt receive the estimate. They called directly saying that a part was replaced and it has cost Rs. 3750. They didnt have my consent to do this. Still i agreed to pay the amount, but they did not adjust Rs. 800 that i had paid as advance. They said it is adjusted only if the bill is above Rs.5000. This also was never told to me. There is also no warranty for the replaced part which means it can conk off even in a day and I can do nothing about it. I ended up paying Rs. 4550 which was nothing more than a scam.

Service center is very poor. They keep the equipment for several days without knowing what needs to be done. I had given a Marantz Amplifier for servicing. It came back after a month with some repairs. It had to sent back in 3 days as the amplifier was misbehaving again. Today I visited the service center for followup. I get a call back in 1 hrs asking what is the issue with the Amp. Now they want me to take the equipment back and give it to some other Marantz service center..
