Worst store ! Does not solve problem concerning to jio services.To avoid customers they say change mobile handset or change jio sim card.This store cannot solve small complaints of jio services .

Useless store.Number given on Reliance Digital app is incorrect. Store has all the faulty routers and still the app takes order bookings. Youve to chase with store and the customer support in order to get the status of the order. And then at last keep on requesting them to cancel the order and beg them for the refund of your hard earned money.In short Reliance itself is totally useless!

Wouldn’t recommend going unless absolutely necessary. Try to get to a better store. they don’t accept eAadhar when per the Aadhar act e Aadhar is equivalent to the paper Aadhar. Their own rules. Lose a Potential customer. I take my business to their competitor who follows government rules.

I went here 3 times for MNP and experience good service.For MNP service bring original Aadhar Card with you.Staff was attentive. it is on Karve road while heading towards Deccan. Easily noticeable from vehicle, traffic.Smartphone and other mobile accessories are also available.

I got a very good service when I visited the store..There was nothing I could complain of in the store..They were very helpful and the only thing is that if many people will visit at once it can become crowded and there is no staff to handle such things otherwise everything is really good..

The guys there were helpful. One very important thing to remember before buying a jio sim is that the sim does NOT support calling or messaging on non apple handsets that are bought OUTSIDE India! If you put a sim in such a phone, only the internet will work. It is very horrible but true so please beware of that before buying a jio sim

Worst and rude staff. Dont visit. They dont even bother why you are there. Nobody will even ask you for 30 minutes. If your patience still allows you to stay calm they will ask useless questions and you will eventually leave the shop without getting your issue/request attended. Happened with me twice in span of 3 days and I decided to stay away from this shop.
