It is 7:37 PM on Saturday when I am putting this review. I came out of this shop with frustration. I visited approx. 7:15 PM & I wanted couple of items worth 2-3K. However I faced worst customer service. None of the worker was even willing to look at items list & adamantly asked me to visit next Monday... as if this is the only shop in world...!!! It was possible to provide items which are readily available & they could have asked me to come on Monday for items (1- or 2) which were not easier to find.I can clearly see permanent closure of their shop soon... if it continues to be like this ..!!Customer is GOD & you should worship god instead of ignoring...!!!Those who are willing to buy components fastest and cheapest ... then connect with me... I will make sure you wont face situation like me...!!!negative rating... frustration and very bad wishes..!!!

Great Store With Various Types Of Electronics Components Available For IOT Projects

1st thing: This Place should be the last option.they Do have all the electronics components available, but they dont have Manners to talk with their customers. They Dont Accept Digital payment, if you ask them to is there any way for digital payment they Will show you way out (will not give you any response).Its like Monopoly for them as in pune there are not much electronics shop with Most components available

Electronic Grossery Shop. They do have most of the components you need but shopping experience may not be good at all. One- shop is crowded with college students and effect of load is seen on sales persons. There are so many of them that repeat customer has no value! Two- For few sales persons, its just a job. They DO vent their frustration on customers, typical of this city. Rates are comparable with online shop but higher for a physical store when no shipping is needed. OK shop in emergency need for components.

Good shop, with lots of electronics stuff. I had written a few e-mails to them asking about price and component availability and they did respond within 2 days with the details. The prices are reasonable and youll find almost everything you need. You can buy in retail or bulk.My chief complaints are(a) Sometimes they give you wrong component (because the staff is not competent), then it becomes a hassle to go back to the shop, especially if you live far away. So, check the component in the shop before making the purchase.(b) Only a few staff are knowledgeable, the rest of them are there to pick out what you want give you. They are not able to provide you guidance on what is the alternative available. Hire or train the staff.(c) Dont bother the people during lunch break, the staff is not very courteous.

Worst Customer ServiceMy company was a regular customer here, but now we are switching out as the customer service very bad. Quotations are send 15 days late - sometimes they say it is sent, but it is not. They say that components are available, but when we go to collect they say they do not have it. Requested us to send excel sheets of BoM, never reply back - and are arrogant when we call.The shop is good for hobbyists but not for companies or people who need regular components.

Its an one stop shop for all your electronics components and electronic needs. Good for hobby projects but you should you what you know as the staff doesnt have any electronics knowledge. They just know the IC and components names and where they are kept in their store, besides this they have zero knowledge about the components which they are selling.

This is the worst place I have ever visited. We went to buy RS485 product worth Rs. 9k. We inquired and waited for his reply for 15 mins. But the servants have attitude issues. World worst class... people are arrogant.... i visited rejiv electronics on 30 dec 2017. I asked to give green seven led seven segment. When i checked at home they given me red display. And this was by third time. I reached rajiv electronics for replacement and very bad experienceSuggestion nevere trust them.. check your material before handover.
