I dont understand why it is showing as jio store as it does not provide basic facilities like sim block aor new Sim card. Staff isnt interested to listen customer problem.Close this store.

Very Poor Service...They did not guide Properly... They not told customers about availability of phones and make confusion for customers...

Bad experience with the Jio service and center. I needed a jio device urgently, got my jio device with no discount plus had to purchase some additional product as that was a compulsory offer, additionally they insisted me on taking a postpaid plan and counted the false benefits, instead of prepaid just to leverage there Sales. When I went to cancel my sim, the application got rejected due to their typing mistake. Worst Experience. Not at all a customer centric place.

Very worst service. I went from Kiwale its around 9 km .i wanted to put mysim to jio but he just refuse for no reason. And even he didt offer us to come in store me my wife n my 2 yerar son stand outside the store for half an hour. Very bad people n service.

Worst store. I have been their to get my old sim no. As it was lost so I went from pimpri it’s around 3kms from my place their is no store near my place. The person rejected for this I told him to that I had came from pimpri then to he rejected me in such a big store their is only one person working worst ever service. Don’t visit worst ever store. I will not we jio services from now I have many options

Very poor service. No manners of how to talk with customers. Doesnt guide properly. On my first visit they confirmed about the availability of jio phone and when I went back with documents they said its not available though it was.
