This product is very good I recommend Haier company

The service is pathetic from haier, they are running some kind of scam. They closed the request even when the issue is not resolved.Also remember that the satisfaction code sent is not to be shared untill the issue is resolved. This is the mistake i did and therefore their incompetence was hidden from the system.

Very bad service received from Haier co. Really very disappointed. Hardly from purchasing just after 2 years and 2 months my washing machines drum got crack not expected from Haier co. Then I called customer service , some days later person Mr Gulam come from saying I am from company service your warranty period is over so you go for AMC costing RS 5500/- I paid it he commiit me by after 8 to 10 days he will come with drum but now almost 20 days has been over but not yet anyone come from company and not even Mr. Gulam is picking up the phone at all even message him last weak no reply.

I had brought haier double door fridge from maharastra electronics tilak road. After four months the fridge started malfunctioning. The compressor never stopped working and all the items in the fridge got spoilt. The service center people are extremely arrogant and never ever attended the calls. Even maharashtra electronics people never responded to our multiple calls and complaints. I request all people to never buy a haier product ever

Had bought a Haier Double Door fridge from Maharashtra Electronics store Viman nagar Pune 3 years back. suddenly found cracks appearing inside the freezer side and icsles beginning to form on the cracks . Even after repeated calls and reminders no action has been taken. I advise publicly that no person in his right senses should purchase any Haier product, in this regard also from Maharashtra electronics store as they have been extremely casual in their attitude towards the customer.I am extremely upset over the Haier response.
