Very arrogant sales person. Behavior very arrogant, treat customer as a begger. Many brands in India, but never faced such treatment at any showroom Lin India as well as abroad.,such a pathetic treatment at LG company showroom. never expect such service from such brand showroom. Will buy products from other showroom. Online more cheaper rates.Wasted my 1 hr time traveling and visiting this place.Thank you.lost 1 genuine customer. Worst experience from #LGIndia. We bought a microwave from Sinhagad Road, Pune Showroom on 22nd June 2021. When it got delivered we first suspected that its a demo piece which we saw in the showroom. It had 1 of its leg shorter in height and was not balancing well while opening and closing the door. We noticed same behavior with our brand new microwave. It also makes screeching noise while opening and closing the door. Further it has some wear and tear on the panel. We waited for couple of days thinking we will bring it to the notice when the executive would come for the demo. We showed him the problems and ask for replacement. To which we got to know that he cant help and we need to talk to the showroom people. We called the showroom and talked to the guy who sold us that piece. They denied that its a demo piece and said only customer care can help us. They said that theyve registered our complaint. We are reaching out to the showroom so many times and they say theres nothing more they can do. No one is responding to our complaint. Can we atleast expect servicing if not replacement?

Good range of lg products with great offers

You cannot have a brand showroom with no power backup. This in one. Since we had already done our study we did not need much of their help. They messed up in the delivery by sending me a different model, which added 2 more days to get the correct refrigerator. However they were courteous throughout the process.
