I liked the staff and the variety of watches offered.The sales person recommended me a very good watch as per my requirement and the options available.The features and differences between the watches were very well explained.He also recommended me some special editions which were really awesome, but not within my budget.The store offers variety of watches, ranging from budget, mid range to premium watches.

I am a loyal Casio Customer where my family is using eco drives and myself G shock watches.I have a G shock watch which needed a battery replacement for the first time. I decided to get it done by the original Casio Outlet located in Westend mall Aundh Pune. The watch was working fine and this is the first time I changed the battery because the low battery blinking started on the watch and the next few days it stopped.When we visited the store the guy at the counter took the watch inside and came back after about 20 minutes saying teh the watch light remains on continuously after putting the battery!! Whats more is that the other buttons also were not working.The watch was in perfect condition, I asked him to demonstrate how he changed the battery ( I have a recording of the same ) which will show you the person was not at all skilled, also it seemed to me like he was a sales guy not a technician.On asking why this happened, the store on the paper invoice ( note they dint even make a printed tax invoice ) they wrote down that we will repair the watch Free Of Cost in a day. Today I get a call from the store saying the PCB has gone because of water entering and it will cost me INR5000/-I feel helpless arguing with the store, looking for an immediate and stern action from your side. I can send you the video and the invoice copy if needed, I will not pay a penalty for working with Casio Company showroom.

Room is good ,clean toilet, stuffs are very cooperative, no restaurant in this hotel, so you have to go out and eat , but out side lot of options available for food. Its located prime place ,in Mahabaleshwar mail market .

Casio is always an exciting place for buyers. The Casio watches are economical and are known for excellent quality. I happen to visit here to buy watches for my distant relative and I found good watches here. Do visit and try in case you have to buy watches for any one. Recommended.

We can buy watches everywhere but sale and after sale service is important. After billing if you ask to gift wrap it, they dont have papers. Watch boxes are also rusty and looks very old. I think sales service is very important with accessories outlet. Most of the time people come for gift purpose.

Got the watch I was looking for. Came with plan of buying some other watch but luckily there was 40% off , so got Casio EQB-800BL-1A . Kudos for the attender for attending with patience and letting me explore all the options so that I can select what I want. Best in class, best in service.

Very bad experience. I wanted to adjust the size of my watch which I bought of the same brand. The guy at this particular showroom instead of helping me asks me where did I buy the watch from . He refused to do it and asked me to go to the service center for a simple adjustment of the watch bracelet size and started lying that the technician is not available just because I did not but the watch from his particular showroom. Very disappointed with the way these guys treat the customer!

The store is well maintained and product display was also good. You will also find varieties of Casio Products, mostly watches and musical instruments, in this store as well.Staff needs to know a bit more about various Casio watches. I found this as a bit lagging and area of improvement.

The casio exclusive store is very good store in Pune. Here you can get variety of the watches ranging from the low price to the highest of the price. The worker doing service perform their work very professionally. The service charges are minimal.

It is a Good & Premium Casio showroom. Just bought a new G - SHOCK Mudmaster watch from here. Staff was polite and had patience. So if you are looking for one you can visit this Casio Store.

Pathetic response by Casio showroom employees. I had bought Casio edifice watch by paying 8.5k. its been just 6 months, it is already damaged. Dial cover joint is damaged. Apparently I can see the gap in between two parts of dial cover. When asked to showroom employees, at first they told that there is no such issue. Upon showing them the difference between new watch and my watch they started saying that it is physical damage. It is not covered under warranty. They are not even speaking properly to customer. It is exclusive showroom by Casio but they are not supporting on service front. They are asking me to go to some other area for servicing of the watch. I wont recommend this shswroom to anyone.

The place is good for its latest and in trend collection, the staff is also very helpful in terms of choosing the watch.

Pathetic experience. Bought Casio sheen 6 months ago and battery died out. After 20 days of producing warranty certificate they are asking box of packaging, bill etc. Do not buy Casio watches at this outlet.

Visited this store for my fossil wrist watch battery replacement... I felt like they have overcharged for battery replacement #300 rupees 😑 ..limited mode of payments during my visit .. can be improved interms of service .

Worst branded store I have ever seen. Staff is not courteous at all and very rude in behavior. I gave them my Edifice watch for battery replacement. They sent it to another Casio store in Pune only which itself took 10 days. That store called me and said battery replacement will not work and watch needs machine replacement which will cost Rs 2300. I said no to them as I had gut feeling that machine is not dead as my watch stopped working just like that and i had not got the batteries replaced since last 4+ years. Aundh store did not call me back ever to collect the watch. I went to receive two more weeks later and instead of admitting they said we call every customer always.Same day I got the batteries replaced from Just Watches MG Road for Rs 500 as my watch needs 2 batteries because of dual display and it is working perfectly fine.I havent had such kind of bad experience with any other brand store till date.

Worst service ever from any Casio shop. Just walked into the Casio showroom,waited for 15 minutes and there was no response from the guy sitting at the shop. When asked why we were not being attended to he said hes very busy with a customer (only one other customer in the store that too on a Saturday).This review wont change that guys behaviour towards a client but should serve as a warning to people who intend to buy anything here.
