Vast place and most pathetic customer treatment. After visiting place I decided never too buy a Bose product in my life

This place is closed. They have moved to Jewel square mall near Taj Blue Diamond Hotel from 1st Feb 2021. They are not accepting any service at the current location

The worst experience with Bose.This is with reference to the telephonic conversation I just had with your technician Amit Raut at the Bose authorised service centre, Shivaji Nagar Pune.Amit stated that you have a policy to return the defective product within fifteen days of purchase from the place of purchase itself.I bought this Bose product based solely on the name and trust and I did not check it before I departed from the Dubai Duty free. I got onto the aircraft and tried to charge the same but it turned out dysfunctional.Please understand that I am unable to go back to Dubai in the next fifteen days to return a speaker that I bought for my younger brother for his birthday.Do treat this urgently as I have travelled in torrential downpour taking a day off from my work just to address this issue.I do not want a repaired brand new product that I purchased for gifting my younger brother. I request you for a replacement.Do let me know what action you would like to take as soon as possible so I can also prepare to take necessary action if there is no fair and just outcome to this.This is outright washing your hands off and passing the buck onto another authority. Harassment to your loyal customers.This has left a negative and extremely bad taste especially after speaking with your technician who was so prompt when I was physically present  at the service centre.

Accessible and visible. Situated on Avery busy road near to Covid hospital. Had an ok experience but the service was fast.

Unprofessional service, Half of the time phone is un-attended. I had bitter experience with service. Faulty reparing made me travel twice for same product.

They asked for Rs 2600 without even checking whats wrong with the device. Said that its the fixed rate to repair speakers. Smh..

It was good experience at Bose service center. They also have refurbished sets that are 25% cheaper than market rate. Repaired my Set within one week. Got confirmation through message.

One of the best services I ever had in my lifetime . Crisp , professional and will get the work done. Went their showed my QC no question asked simply replaced with new. I had lost my receipt it was just wonderful.

The service center is excellent. The staff was polite. I was pleasantly surprised when they offered me new replacement item for the defective one as it could not be repaired.

Ever you have an issue with your expensive headsets, all they say is this is not serviceable and they offer to sell a new one on a discounted rate.They say it cannot be opened however I tried to open it and can see it has 4 screws behind the cousion which has an underlying chiset on both sides.Theyre liars. Try hunting for a better service center.

When I went at 4pm on Wednesday it was shut. No timings posted anywhere and no one picking up the phone.Nearby shopkeepers said the center has very erratic timings and closes at any time.Very bad experience, did not expect this from a bose service center.

You can easily spot the place. Try walking instead of going from bus from Shivaji nagar.

Opened a little later than 10am on a Saturday. But very prompt service, absolutely no issues faced, the representative processed my earphones and gave me a replacement piece on the spot, in less than 15 minutes

No one is replying to the calls. Security guard is the person on reception, help desk as well as technical assistance.

My Bose Headphone were not working .I went there on Saturday ,the engineer was not available.I Had a very bad experience with not only with headphones also with other Bose products:TIPS:1)Although When you buy Bose Says its For 2 Year Global Warranty .When You go service center they will reject it saying in india its only 1 year.2) Not to Go on weekends at service center .There will be only one guy at reception with no engineer.3) NOT TO BUY BOSE PRODUCT.As if it get damager there is 50 :50 change they will entertain the issue.With all above I went there for the Third time .The Bose guy was there and was very polite.I was successfully was able to replace it with new pair of headphones.

Address not mentioned appropriately, Shivaji nagar is huge and no knows Kubera Chambers. Landmark like Kala Niketan must be mentioned or even opp Sancheti hospital will do. Google map takes you around because of one ways consuming more time.
