Best food available for breakfast

Builder has not kept his promise. Provided cheap and substandard quality flats. Leakage , damp walls , uneven floor tiles lot of pending outside work like parking , security etc. Taken maintenance but just cheated as none of the outside work is done like parking allotment, lobby painting letter box allotment. Even buildings are not marked. Anyone can come and go with no security check. Rude building staff and no monitoring of security and cleaning staff. The brand name Amit is fake and all 5 star ratings are fake or paid.Dont fall for the sweet words of sales guys . They are sitting there to cheat and dupe you of your hard earned money

Very far from main city , no proper transportation, building is good but out of town

Very ill maintained entry & exit roads!! Improper planning of parking & other facilities. No washroom for visitors & drinking water!! These developer is not worthy of being rated at all.. shabby treatment meted out to visitors everytime you pay a visit!! Just not worth it..

Society is cool but builder has made the bathrooms too compact. Builder staff is greedy there is leakage problem in my flat the guy from builder came and ask money to repair. I asked him this is builders fault. But i paid money because i want to make it done. After two days the leakage was there same like before, i called the builder guy again and he said i will see dont take tension. After 20 days of chase i got angry and gave him a warning if it will not done by today i will publish the news in media. The guy took money from me suddenly took action and made it done. Poor management from builder side. But society management is good, they are very helpful.

Quality of construction is very bad...lot of leakage in walls leading to blowing up of electric switches. One of the worst builders in pune.Avoid at any cost.
