Easy to find as it is located on the lower ground floor. Very clean and attractive looking store. The staff is kind and very helpful.

Purely by the lack of response of the Mi India on the dissatisfaction of the customers of Pune shows how sincere they are actually to make relationships with customers.Bear in mind, Xiaomi, youre already losing grounds in terms of volume of sales and making relationships and loyal brand value is the only way you can retain the customer base. Just because most of your customers are value customers doesnt mean it will take time for them to move to other brands if you dont take care of them.Heres hoping your sanity will prevail.

I bought my MI phone from here, 2* Because of staff attitude, MI should take care of this thing.. MI has targetted middle class people for their products if we compare with %. Expecting well mannered people is not always as per our expectations or neither in our hand, so whoever visits doesnt matter buying or just visiting for look they sould be treated like pure customer. Who knows some of them may buy your product.

Was looking for note 5 pro. The store was closed but the reception guy was sitting inside. There was out of stock board on note 5 pro. But today the stock get refreshed and I enquired about the same and he was like cant you see the out of stock board. Seems too polite for me ! Thanks !

First time to walk in the store to Buy 55inch or 43 inch LED TV and the sales agent says they are out of stock and they dont have any process to prebook the product niether any phone where u can check the availability of stock. The only way is to visit the store everyday in the morning to check the stock. This is the worst kind of service I have ever seen. Xiaomi if really want to do business in India this sales attitude is not welcomed here. Sales agent think as if they are doing a favour selling you the product. ..The most Pathetic store I have ever seen.

Went to buy newly launched 6A..yes it was available post they got an confirmation mail to open available stock..Guess it was second flash sale fo this phones and we were at third place in line, willing to buy black colour phn but person conveyed out of stock for black cover model 6A so so we end up purchasing blue one.My question is how these phones go out of stock aftr making only 3 sales in newly opened stock.?After opening of stock they sold two phone one is blue and black..we were at third place ending up with blue.Post sale..sales guys were asking me to open this review page and post good reviews for store.... Pathetic.How can one trust below 5* rates??

Bad experience,i went for purchase 49 inch led nitin is good person he explain properly About the model which I want to purchase but the model not available and he told me to ask manager Raj about availability but manager was very arrogant he says he dont know ,I tell him to call me when it arrives but he replied he will not call I requested him to take my number and inform me he says you come and do enquiry I told him to give me store number but he didnt give me number and during our conversation he did not bother to look at me he was just looking in his laptop then I ask mr. nitin about this he says they have facility to take customers numbers and he took my number and they will message me when it will available.Then I bought this led TV from amazon.I think manager dont want to sell goods.

I tried to buy redmi note 5 pro from flipkart on flash sale, and I realised that flipkart and mi making us fool by only giving limity quantity of mobiles on flash sales. Flash sale end in no where of time in just 1 second , so please dont buy redmi phones phones and especially from flipkart, so they can realized what we are facing, because that same phones are available in huge quantity on local stores with 2500 INR extras money...so redmi and flipkart strategy is real bad...do something ...so we can make lesson to them...

Bought TV from here. They said it will be delivered within 48 hours. Third day today but no news. None of their numbers work. Available number is online support when you call them, you get an answer to visit the store to check.
