The staff is absolutely rude, especially the cashier (store head). People are here to buy crocs and they dont need to hear unnecessary comments and internal feuds. Also, There is no way they sanitize the products which are tried by so many people in store. Its better to buy online or in other stores, as theres more variety available.

Not customer friendly. on rainy day they dont allow customers with raincoat, thats ok however they dont have setup outside to put wet raincoats. also i found staffs are quite judgmental and rude. very bad experience. sorry.

Products are good but all are made in China. Atleast we can boycott products like footwear .Please start indian products.

The shop is situated in a quite comfortable place and they have some spare parking for their customers . The place has a central AC and the staff is very friendly which makes the environment very cheerful . The shop is near the Deccan mall making it a prime location .

Crocs are basically a type of footwear, they have named store based on it. They have very nice types of footwear in all sizes and for all people men, women, kids, and also unisex crocs. They also have verity of crocs like sandals, slippers, boots in multiple colors... Even though they are attractive and tempting one should always consider prices because they are too much high...

Good service and a fair enough selection of the latest croc releases but not many varieties of crocs as of colors and prints. Good for getting an authentic pair of crocs from knowledgeable staff. Speaking of which, the staff can have cleaner crocs on them. ✌🏼

Small shop too many people so was made to wait. One family wasting time- kids n mum trying almost all shoes n sandals there! Hope they sanitize the footwear with all trying them!

Staff helpful. However, for certain models size and desired colour werent matching. Store manager asked us to pay in advance and then comeback again in few days time because he will have to custom order it. Same model with desired colour and size with great discounts were available online. Crocs need to rethink their retail strategy.

Worst shop and not enough stock and fresh stock

This is a really good place and I appreciate the people working here. I wanted a specific crocs which was not even available online and i purchased it here. They responded over phone with confirmation of the stock. First good thing. Next, they even took the initiative of efficient packing, with the names when they got to know Im sending this over a courier service. Second good thing. Overall, a really good customer experience with this store. Id visit this store anyday and expect the best service

Staff is friendly but I noticed one thing they use air conditioner in covid 19 situation , so I suggest them to open door and make sure of good ventilation

The showroom has quite a lot of variety for both men and women.No doubt that the shoes, sandals or flip flops are very comfortable but the price is really at a higher end.If possible, they should reduce the rates a bit or provide better discounts more often!!

Too much costly

This place needs better staff. The ppl are too laid back and disinterested. There shd be trained staff to help customers select the right design and fit.

Very less staff to entertain you, there was only one person the time o visited.Also they dont have sizes in stocks.All they will say is to give pre-order and theyll get for you in 4-5 days...which is pathetic.

Service is ok but costly you can find discounts online , if you want to just find right size then only visit otherwise order online from ajio and flipkart

Good Collection of clogs and latest arrivals very good customer service and very cooperative also bcoz crocs are bit costly doesnt entertain any bargaining and discount. Before going to store search the products and have some prerequisites it would be easier to buy and also different models sometime have different SIZES. Every time we cant buy online. overall it was a good experience buying in this crocs store. And Crocs are worth the price.

Stock was good, but Staff was totally non supporting, as they were not even intrested in advising regarding new arrivals and no one even asked what i was looking for or which crocs are the best suited my needs. I had to prompt and ask them to show the crics which was available.

Crocs are an amazing product to begin with... Bt this store barely offers any discounts at all... Imagine buying a pair of crocs paying 3999 where as online stores are offering the same item fr just 900... I did that though once... Bt havent been there ever since...No one wanna buy something by paying 3times the price.... So I guess once was enough.One more thing to add for all who have bought crocs or planning to buy one... Please note that crocs never ever sells products in a box.... Crocs are always known to be sold just in a zip lock plastic bag... I have seen so many comments in multiple forums already that I felt responsible to address the elephant in the room... Please dont ask for a box when u buy a pair & dont gv negative product just cz ur ego demands a box when u paid 3-4k for what many may refer to a flip flop.The product is amazing.... Nothing feels more comfortable than a crocs ever.
