I have been using bata shoes for many years. The main reason behind me going for this brand is simple, affordable and long lasting. Practically be it shoes or slippers they are very comfortable to use and never had any complaints about anything. The store in kumar pacific mall is neat, clean and has taken very good care of the employees and even the walk ins which go to the store. Special mention about the staff which is cooperative and polite. Sachin who is the store manager is a very helpful person in terms of suggesting the right choice for an individual. Keep up the good work 👍

Worst staff didn’t co ordinate with me they not gave me different size in shoes which i wanted to exchange the told me to go to jm road showroom i told them please brin here ill pick from your store they told me there is much expennse in transport so i told them ill pay you transport charge but the didn’t the were just saying ill bring after 2 days.worst experiense.

This place good for shopping at reasonable prices. But not more variety there. I hope the owner thinks about that.Anyway I like the staff to nature clever..Bata India was incorporated as Bata Shoe Company Pvt. Ltd in 1931 and went on to become Bata India Ltd. in 1973. Bata is a brand that I have always liked, This showroom is good too. Although there isnt full variety of all bata footwear products you will still be able to find a best fit for yourself. Since I have only used Bata footwear for years now, I could easily realise the difference. There were some great new sports shoes from Power which is a part of BATA Footwear at a cheap cost worth buying.
