Worst experience.....1st I gave good review..... but I didnt get my product yet and when I raised a complaint on app, they are saying its delivered and the delivery man not receiving calls..... I think he ran away with the product..... How incapable of doing their work on time and giving reasons that Im not coming in that area..... If you cant do your work properly, then dont do the job. As the customers are depending on you, so please try to deliver on time and have employees who do their job seriously. Everything is great.....staff is also cooperative and helping. But only problem is that if you order on home address, the courier guy will give reasons.Not doing their work properly and delaying order despite you are having emergency. I think this type of guys dont have the seriousness of work and should be taken strict actions on them.

Very good service and they helped me fix my broken glasses purchased from lenskart. By mistake someone sat on it and its frame screw got removed, they fixed it for free. And its been a while it is going good

I had a good experience and i hope to see the same in future. They did not have all the options available however, whatever i bought was good. Try for spects and not sun glasses. They dont have too many varieties in sunglasses. Atleast they werent there at my time.

Very Bad experience. Staff is below par. I tried out a frame which was a size bigger than my face. There was no other frame sizes available for that model no. which I selected.The staff said when the final frame would be made it will be as per my faces fit. But unfortunately as I had predicted the final frame was as usually bigger than my faces size. When I showed the frame is loose and falling off, the best the staff did was bending the frame and making it worse.Anyway my 2k rupess was wasted. Good bye Lenskart you have lost a customer.

At the time of purchase it was very supportive however after a month when called store for support due to frame cracked they just asked me to connect with customer care and disconnected the line and then even after 10 tries they didnt pick phone.In lockdown we are expecting better call support but that is missing....

Very bad experience with this shop. They only want to sell their product and not at all accepting any issues with Lens. Without looking at the actual problem they simply refuse the warranty. Cost of spare lens is so expensive, better to buy new one. Strongly recommending not buy anything from this shop.

I bought a pair of glasses at price 14K. Used it for few months and its broken now. Pathetic quality. This brand is a loot. Customer service is useless and doesnt even listen. I would suggest others to not prefer this brand. Wasted my time and money here.

Very pathetic experience.yesterday purchased spects. Eye check up machine was not working so I had to came today for the same. Usually shop opens at 10.30 am. Now its 11.25 and still its not opened. And pathetic part is shop guy/owner is not answering the call. Called him several times but he is disconnecting phone. He is even not bothered to tell when he is coming. Totally unprofessional.

I bought 2 set of glasses from here. The staff was polite and gentle. It gave me a good impression. However within 2 months the frame color started peeling off. So i went to the shop for complaint. This time staff was cautious, he listened to my complaint and then blamed it to me that I didnt handle it properly. The reason he told me that frame area was touching my skin and that caused peeling. When I asked why this observation was not noted when the frame was shared then he apologized and politely mentioned that nothing can be done now. Even though it was staffs mistake, i have to bear the consequence.I will suggest to stay away from this shop.

Instead of paying consultation fee to a doctor you can get a free eye check up done here. You can also verify your specs power and your current vision power

When u visit here, there is 99% chance that there will be no electricity, hence eye check up cannot be done, also you have to choose your frames in dim light2. Staff is so unprofessional and irresponsive, you have to ask same question aleast 5 times to multiple executives to get a reply3. Staff will advice against their product even if you will like it

5 star service. I bought contact lenses online and went to lenskart wakad for demo. Staff at the store are very cordial and received well. due to the rush hour they asked me very politely to wait for sometime. they have helped me with lens case from their godown (i did not receive them with lens liquid). when the rush is reduced they gave a very good demo about how to wear the lenses. mr vipin upadhyay was especially helpful as he patiently waited for me to learn how to wear lenses. big thumbs up

I ordered my contact lenses from this shop, firstly their price was high and also they did not give lens case and pet lens solution along with it.I am a regular customer of lawrence and mayo aundh and always had such good experience. Not only their rates are better but service as well. And always they give lens case and lens solution free with it.

The staff at the store was really good and helpful in nature, they solved my specs problem within some time.

Dont go to this store..Once they sell the specs they will forget who you are..staff there are not capable of attending the customer..its a franchisee store.. would suggest rather go to some other vendor or official lenskart store...
