Lady Sales person is not upto the mark. Even if the swipe machine has on flight mode, she insisted it was my fault which was not. Later other staff helped. But her arrogant attitude is compelled me not to come again ever. Im writing it while sitting here itself.Kindly train your staff to have some manners.Thank you.

Give this place a try definitely and i am sure you will love it.Their packing is just too good and the container is microwave friendly.Usually it happens that we are not able to finish at one go hence its an advantage.Biryani Kingdom is a delivery outlet and you can order sitting at your home or work place.The flavours were very authentic and came out very well.Amount of spiciness was just perfect.Chicken pices were nicely marinated in the masala and were deliciously cooked to perfection.One thing which i liked the most was that mild charcoal smoky flavour which i loved the most.Directions are given on the packing of the lid.

I recently ordered Chicken Dum Biryani for Lunch at Rs. 150/-.My order was delivered within the estimated time and was really hot. The quantity of Biryani was good to serve single person. I seriously loved their packaging. They deliver biryani in Microwave safe pack container. Its just awesome if you are working or in meeting, you can microwave the biryani anytime and have it hot.Coming towards the food. Biryani was cooked in pure ghee, just loved the aroma of spices & herbs used.The Biryani was medium spicy served with Raita and had moderate amount of Chicken pieces in it. Chicken was well marinated and tender. The rice too used were good quality long grain Basmati rice. Biryani all together was slow cooked on charcoal. In every single bite of biryani, I could feel the essence.Overall, I liked the delivery, packaging and this Mouth-watering, appetizing Chicken biryani.Would surely try out their Mutton Biryani soon.

I have always been very particular about the biryani I have. Mostly I do not like too much masala. When you go to pick up from a place it is easy to tell the person in outlet and in fact u can watch him how he does. In this case the biryani came all the way from Viman Nagar.I must say, despite traveling from so far my biryani arrived hot. Long grains, infused with the aroma of spices.Well it just raise my standards expectations. I took a bite and omg....this was exactly how I like.A perfect blend of spices with decent amount of chicken that was so well cooked. I am glad that I called for it. Loved it completely.The portion size was amazing.The packaging and delivery all was together a great experience. I loved the microwave safe plastic packaging.

I ordered via Zomato and had a technical problem in the order... Hence the restaurant was unable to view my order and deliver. A restaurant employee named Sachin spoke to me over by phone and tried to solve my issue even though it wasnt his fault. He was very polite and tried to help with the best intentions. In pune i have never tasted the original taste of a dish or a cuisine, for them maharashtrian touch is required in every food item even in pizza.Atlast u guys broke the tradition of ghaati masala in biryani at pune.Pure authentic biryani taste with crisp fried onions and that gravy is like 🍒 on top. The Biryani they served from Biryani kingdom was amazing. In Chicken Biryani, rice was nicely cooked and with the flavors of masala.And when contents were poured on to the plate, it trickled the taste buds to its extent. The raita was properly balanced – neither too salty nor very bland. The Chicken were very soft and tender when you consider that the biryani was cooked so well. I like it.

Biryanis are forever loved for me and I do keep ordering biryani from all the places I can. The Biryani they served was amazing. In Chicken Biryani, rice was nicely cooked and with the flavors oozing out when the seal was opened. And when contents were poured on to the plate, it trickled the taste buds to its extent. The raita was properly balanced – neither too salty nor very bland. The Chicken (2 large pieces in the king-sized order) were very soft and tender when you consider that the biryani was cooked so well. The chicken was a bit chewy but still it was very well cooked.

The good people at Biryani Kingdom recently sent me their Chicken Biryani to taste.The biryani came very well packed in a leak proof container.In case you arent able to finish it in one go, which would most likely be the case (coz the serving portion is pretty generous), all you need to do is take the lid off and reheat the biryani in their microwave safe container. Thats very thoughtful.Coming to the taste of it, the biryani was very good in taste. The desi ghee was very eminent on the tastebuds and the rice used was good quality fragrant basmati. The chicken pieces were very tender and tasted great. The portion size was pretty good and the biryani overall had a pleasing taste as it was not too spicy.I would totally recommend this place to every biryani lover in the vicinity of this restaurant.
