I visited the clinic for my mothers skin allergy where the Dermatologist without even examining properly prescribed Tab fexotwin, Tab sorax 25, zydip lotion which is the most basic prescription that any dermatologist would prescribe and also she prescribed her own Twaksh brand Moisturizer and Handwash(Bodywash Replacement!) which were way costlier than the medicines and lotion which ultimately proved to be utterly futile to my mother.We fell for the fancy reviews and it was a grave mistake.My mothers problem had worsen by her prescription which made me worried, panicked!My mother has sensitive skin and almost every year she has to visit a dermatologist for routine check up, we had earlier visited many dermatologists in Nagpur and each one of them cured her problem at the very first prescription itself.I immediately visited another renowned dermatologist in Viman Nagar without showing her nugatory DermaTouch prescription.Here she got relief in a week, so I highly doubt the capabilities of Miss Ashwini Salunke.Beware, save your Time and Energy by skipping this Clinic cum Twaksh Beauty Parlour.Better you guys read the negative true comments first and her incompetent replies on them to believe it yourself.I wish I had an option of giving Zero Star.

I have visited this place to show my reports and got cured from which is really great thing...But I feel it is very important to comfort the patient and giving the correct knowledge is important which was lacking somewhere. Also I found the charges quite a high if I have to visit for the continued treatment. I payed 400 rs for first visit and just to show the progress I went to visit the clinic then they asked to pay 200 rs just to meet the doctor. The fun fact was I wanted to tell that I am completely fine now but still they were asking charges for that.Rest, they have maintained clinliness and management very nicely. But lab reports if u want to go through then you have to search yourself because they do not have any.

I had multiple epidermoid cysts for a long time, I couldnt find a good procedure for getting those removed in USA, after researching for a long time, I found Derma touch through YouTube. I found the procedure by Dr. Ashwini, the best possible method for these cysts removal.I contacted the clinic through phone first to get an idea or confirmation about the procedure and get an appointment. The Management team at the clinic is very responsive and was able to get an appointment very quickly.On the day of the surgery, I was given a topical anesthetic and I asked not to use anesthetic injections as I am allergic to it, Doctor agreed and assured that I would be taken care of properly, she cleared a lot of my doubts before going into surgery. I was prepared to experience some pain as I was just given a topical anesthetic, but to my surprise, the procedure went smoothly, painless and there is not much blood loss. Doctor was able to identify and remove all the cysts that are clearly visible ones and also the dormant ones which might grow bigger in the future.I was out of the surgery in less than 2 hours and I was discharged in less than next three hours.I was given medications for around 7 days. Worst doctor I have ever known, She is really non experienced, illogical doctor I have ever seen. I was suffering from skin allergy which I got to know after visiting another doctor. When I visited this doctor I dont know weather she was unable to understand what exactly was the problem or she was purposely Misguiding me.! She checked up & said I am not getting what has actually happened but I ll give u some antifungal medications for 15 days & after 15 days again u ll have to come for the check up and charged me 1000 rupees (400 Consultation charges + 610 Medication) but even after 10 days of medication there was even not 1% of improvement, then I consulted some other doctor & got to know that it is not at all a fungal infection it is a skin allergy which might have happened because of dust & heat and the doctor gave some other medication after consulting other doctor I am completely fine.After 15 days I got call from these people for follow up, which I didnt pick.I really had very worst experience with these people. These people only want to make money if u visit there they charge more than 1000 rupees for every single visit & ask u for follow ups.

I had lot of dark flat moles all over my face which I thought I could never get rid of, as I had approached one or two dermatologists before with same issue and all of them denied that these cant be removed. Glad that I bumped into the right clinic and ended up here. It took almost 4 sessions of radio frequency mole removal treatment(painless) and now the moles are all gone. Now I just love the skin after the treatment, its much more clearer than before. Highly grateful to Dr. Ashwini for being there, shes not only good professionally but on personal level also. Thankful to the staff members also for being cordial and supportive.

Sorry to say but this place is too much overrated or I guess these reviews are all fake. I also visited here after reading reviews, but when I entered they asked us 400 rs without even knowing what our problem is. I mean seriously? Ok I agreed bcoz we had no other option, paid fees and went inside. I had a white strech marks on my leg, was curious to know what it really is. When I showed her the spot, she looked at it just for 5 sec, then said its some kinda allergy and gave us 2 creams worth 700 rs and we hardly spent 2 mins inside the cabin. No advise, no eye to eye discussion nothing!What the hell was that? I agree that these people spend tons of money and become doctor, this doesnt mean they can loot people as they want. Im also an Engineer but atleast I know that doctors are for treating people, telling them things, asking them what to do what not to do, what has happened to you, what could be the reasons, how to take care. But this lady is unique, she didnt even say a word, charged us 1100 within 5 mins and left us thinking that we made a huge mistake coming here.Frankly speaking she has no experience at all, and she does not deserve any recommendations. I used those creams which she gave, its been more than a month but not a single % change has occurred. This proves that she didnt even checked the spot properly and made assumptions. Imagine what it can cause to some innocent people who may blindly trust this doctor.Please dont fall for positive reviews here. Think 100 times before visiting.

First time I have visited for skin issue with consultant fee 400/ ,at that time I was assured by staff that next visit is free at least 3 month.after 1 month I visited again they are asking 200/ as consultant fee. Although there is written about this terms and conditions anywhere in the office.staff also having no clarity on this. Better suggest you ask all fees terms and conditions should be written in prescription or should be verbally told . we are not expecting any free charges.we appreciate you Dr. in this situation. But there is no guidelines consultation fee anywhere in your clinic or in prescription. That need to modify.
