Pathetic service and management. Ive been getting in touch since 15 days but no contact is valid. They confirmed my appointment on 12th April and when I called to confirm, no one picked it up. Now I dont even know if it is open or not in curfew. No one even bothered or had a courtesy to call and inform that they will be closed for such duration. Ive been calling over 5 numbers daily so that I can speak to my dermat whos treating me, but no one answers. Im getting reaction due to their products but I cant speak to anyone. They didnt even share the doctors contact details.Its been 2 months and there is no result, instead Ive developed more acne than before. And the use of cleanser just makes them red and bigger than before. Im highly frustrated now and would be getting my money back as soon as they open up. If they resist, will file a legal complaint with consumer forum.

Since Feb 2021, I m taking treatment of skin , bcoz of covid there center are closed . They have given wrong contact no. I called to HQ but that people also send wrong contact no. I have paid full payment but in 3 section also there is no improvement in my skin. Improve Ur contact details .

What do u mean by skin treatment is it about detan treatment or what can someone explain in detail

I visited for my skin, they suggested complete change of my present skincare . And gave their own product .Cleanser : worst cleanser ever , its like using oil on you skin which doesnt come out with water and immediately i could see red bumps .Moisturiser : its like any normal moisturiser , no need to pay extra.Serum for pigmentation : please someone tell them the difference between cream and serum . Its a cream but its burns my skin i dont understand what is this . It litterally burns my skin .They are cheater and looter .... i need my money back ..

I pay this company they told me the amount is refundable when I pay they arrange call but deal not done so I say refund my amount they block my number..., after they told this not my department...company ghar nahi aapko paisa lene ... humne jabardasti nahi ki and all that ...totally money make Compnay plz don’t go with this company...third class people here they give contract some agency for loot people ... and all reviews here are maintain don’t trust on reviews here....

@kolors_india they are just cheating on people, I joined kolors Indore branch in May and they promised me that with our sessions you will lose 8 to 10kgs, and told me to provide the guaranty card as well and after join kolors I gained weight, I spoke to there stuff many times but they always try to convince me. After an IL when there is no results I ask them for refund , they told me we will provide cryo to you to inch lose and after three months you will get result its more than four months and I didnt get any result even my body got bloated.They have not given any results till date just making fake promises to people inorder to make money. @kolors_india you cant refund my time but it would be great if you refund my money.

Its been a month now since I have started for a 3 months slimming program with kolors. Initially I was concerned about the results as Im paying decent amount to them.
