May be it was a bad day for the kitchen staff on 30th November 2020. The owner of this restaurant in Porwal Road, Pune should note this behavior of his kitchen staff.It was really insulting when I visited the restaurant and I was asking them to place an order. The staff members could hear me loud and clear but decided not to respond very conveniently. I would never visit this restaurant ever.

Very Bad service, I have asked for Mixed veg roll with egg and they served without egg, and arguing over order placed. Very Bad Staff 👎🏻

If nothing available, its okay to take a bite here. Taste uhh not that great.

Rolls are very common dish but the taste that you will get is slightly above those local vendors. Though the palace is cosy but you can relax and chit chat with your gang and can remember old college days of your.

Loved the mixed veg roll. But it opens so late in afternoon.

For frst time i tried Rolls from here.. fabalous taste..u can customised wid dips n spices....for sure m ordering next time also..

Ok so I ordered 4 rolls and paid.. Then while I sat down I saw that there was an offer.. Where u get two fries and 4 cold coffee. At 599..i told the reception guy.. Are u could have suggested the offer that ur already buying 4 rolls.. He tells u didnt ask for iced tea or cold coffee . I said thats fine but u could suggest it.. He was like we dont do that.. We tell u only if u ask.. Dont know why they keep such arrogant people at reception.. Otherwise have always got good review from other branches but the porwal road branch this is my feedback.. And thats only for arrogance not for taste..

Well, I ordered for a roll and just as I payed the bill upfront...there comes a fat rat from the outside and goes straight inside their kitchen. To say the least, Ive not ordered from this place ever ever ever again. If any one from the franchise is reading this, you need to have a look at this God forsaken kitchen and its lack of cleanliness. To very clear, Im not accusing the Rollsmania company - but just this outlet in Porwal Road, Lohegaon, Pune

Okayish for quick bite. Nothing special to mention

Ordered paneer cheese masala roll and paneer mayo roll.Both are good in taste albeit my expectations were high. Not much impressed. If you are hungry, one roll can satiate the stomach.There is much scope for improvising.

Worst experience.. I and my wife had aloo chilli & paneer moghlai and landed in hospital with acute diarrhoea.. very filthy and unhygienic place. Infact all of their branches are always kept unclean. Will not recommend any one to go or use their products at all.

Try the aaloo chilli roll. Avoid paneer tangy. Paneer chilli is ok.

I ordered paneer Mughlai roll..and to my shock i received paneer onion roll ....with full of raw onions.... extremely pathetic branch of rollsmania....do not buy from here
