Recently placed our first order and were very happy with their products & service.Our order included fish, chicken and eggs. The delivery was made in the promised time window.The quality of all three items was excellent. Also, they were packed very well. The eggs had limited shelf life of 9 days. We expected 15 days. The fish and chicken were priced a bit high , say 10% higher than market rates. First time orders get 20% discount, so it is better to place a bigger order rather than a small trial order. Delivery charges were Rs. 39. I think orders placed late at night , say after 11pm attract a bigger discount.

Worst Service ever.I have ordered fish for pune,baner location& the app was showing the stuff to be delivered within one & a half hourBut the delivery timeline shifted for tommorow without any prior intimation.Even the customer care contact number was notreachable.this is utter ridicule.zero value for time

I am writing this review after quite a lot of back to back orders. Initially we were bit skeptical about the quality of the product. But I am amazed by their quality, packaging and on-time delivery. I can only root for the Licious store near Magarpatta, Hadapsar. Cant vouch for other locations...We have ordered/tried:1. Eggs (30 pcs)2. Minced Chicken3. Chicken Breasts4. Buying from them regularly for few months now. Service is excellent, products are fresh and well packed. Very tasty cold cuts, ready to cook and spreads. Even in lockdown time they serve well.

I ordered prawns and fish..Fish was OK but prawns was stale..on the top of that it was way expensive than the market value as per net product weight.

Today I bought Rich Goat Curry Cut from Licious Wakad centre. The product was delivered to me before time in a vacuum package inside a box which looked authentic.I unpacked the Mutton washed it with tap water and just had a smell of it. The smell doesnt felt of a freshly cut mutton however I ignored it thinking it could be because of the processing. The smell became worse when I put the mutton in the Cooking vessel and I realized that this foul smell is because the mutton they delivered was not fresh rather it was stale which they might have frozen for days. The Smell didnt go even after complete cooking so we couldnt have it and thrown it lastly.

I placed my first oder with Licious today. Great delivery service - on time and efficient. Kudos to the delivery guys providing this service at this time of corona outbreak 👍

Do not buy , they ruined our dinner .. 5-8 pm was my slot , order came 9.30 pm one and half hour late plus the delivery boy i called was different than the boy who delivered.edit : company is improving slowly my latest order was better than last few orders and they apologized for past order

Very good service. The mutton was very fresh.

I had ordered Raw Chicken Lollipops and Chicken Breast from them online, They cheated in quantity there were only 8 lollipops when the ad on the app mentioned 10 . The lollipops were very stale and looked like they were been kept in the freezer for too long, They all were shrunk and all the meat was leaning off while washing, The chicken breast also had a typical mushy smell. Never ordering from again !

Utterly bad products. Ordered chicken twice and both the times it was sent without removing fat and blood!Edit in November 2020: I have become a fan! I really appreciate how they have been focusing so much on the quality because I hate to buy chicken from the unhygienic shops in Pune.

So far all items that were delivered were fresh and juicy.
