I’m a regular at Lenskart in general but this particular store has horrible customer service. Rude staff and nobody will care to assist you with your purchase. Had this been my first lenskart experience ever, I’d have never come back to the brand.

Waiting time is way too much. Very bad service. Were totally disappointed.We (Me and my sister) went to the store at 10.30 am, they asked us to wait outside and there is a limit of only 3 people at a time which I do understand in the pandemic social distancing is must but they should manage this situation by keeping some time limit for each customer, a customer who was already there in the store took around 1 hour and at 11.30 someone from staff came out and asked us leave and visit another day. Very uncooperative staff and seems no value for customer and their time.

I was purchased lenskart two lens with frame eight month ago near about Rs.12000.But today visited to shop for servicing for frame .They refused me for service ask me go to local store......For repaired. This store not good for purchasing...

Worst service I have ever seen. 1st they told us the glasses I bought can be returned but when we opted this return service they changed their word and said we never offer such service.They also said we can exchange mutually like they are doing upkaar on us.I encourage everyone not to visit this shop but look for online store, otherwise you will be bluffed like a pro.

Pathetic store. Store member dont have knowledge about specs and issues related to it.Frame I received had fitment issues which caused injury at nose touch point. After a big argument received replacement which again has damages. The communication of store member was horrible. Really lost the trust with Lenskart.

They need to add more variety of frames. Customer service is good. Offers are great. They have a return policy with no questions asked within fourteen days of purchase. In my case it exceeded by few days but still got my lenses replaced with doctor suggested eye power after contacting customer care and explaining why delay happened.

Pathetic customer service!!!! First, Inspite of giving correct number, the staff ordered wrong powered glasses. I was asked to pay full amount to initiate the return and assured to replace it within three days. It has been 15 days and still there is no progress. Now the franchise asking 5 more days to initiate the replacement and get the correct product. It has been 3weeks since, i have ordered my glasses and still I am yet to get my product in hand. The franchise care just about money and not customer problems and health.It has been a frustrating experience.I wont recommend this store to anyone!

Very worst service and varieties. Dont even go to this place. The employees are sitting and chatting in group. I asked to show me some pieces but they didnt even move. Simply said look there and here. The male employees were flirting with their female employees loudly. Which so ackward, as i was with my wife. Negative score.
