Plan is good but Location is not so good. Poor connectivity when coming from Dange chowk/Hinjewadi/Baner/Wakad. Every time you need to take very U-Turn far from society.
As per the price , carpet area of 1rk is small, It should be atleast approx 500 sqr fit. Recently Itrend launched just beside it which providing 1.5 bhk in approx same price with many good amenities like spa/steam etc. W57 can now give some extra amenities or modular kitchen to buyer who will bye and who bought already then It would be satisfiable deal for those who will buy and for whom bought already. and they can tell its features to other known person who will show interest

Giving all the points which is attractive about the project:The location is very very prime, everything is within 500m distance. Its also very well connected , as its just opposite to the Pune- Bangalore Highway. The project is exactly at Bhumkar chowk.The upcoming Pheonix Mall is at a walkable distance from the site.Amenities available for every age group , including senior citizens.The builder has a brand value, as I have lived in projects developed by the Adi - Siddhashila group. The construction quality is good as far as the old properties that I have seen.The proposed metro station is 1.5km away which is another plus point for the future perspective.Price is a bit high, but as per the location it seems to be justified.
